Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as HQ PACAF Program Manager (PM) for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training, and Combat Training Range Program (CTRP) Analyst, and the Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) Instructor Pilot (IP) contract manager. Plan, organize, and determine necessary programs, policies, regulations, directives, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of MAJCOM tactical and operational level training programs. Military rated experience is highly desired.

Duties:

• Applying military rated aviator experience (highly desired), analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s).
• Provides Quality Assurance and Functional Director oversight to HQ PACAF O&M and logistics support contracts that directly support LVC training capabilities for PACAF forces.
• Serves as the Program Element Monitor (PEM) for the DMO Instructor Pilot (IP) contract and PACAF Full Mission Combat Training (FMCT).
• Prepares the PACAF Commander, staff, and other forums on status of PACAF, LVC, RF-A, CTROP, FMCT, DMO IP contracts, and assesses the impacts of developments affecting PACAF units ability to effectively train through briefings and written reports.

Operates a full-service bar. Mixes and serves all types of alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks to order, following a variety of established recipes. Beverages include but are not limited to, Margaritas, for which no pre-mix is available, Zombies, Singapore Slings, etc. Delivers drinks to bar waiters or serves directly to patrons. Receives payments or charges to member's account as appropriate. Washes glasses and other bar equipment. Prepares garnishes for mixed drinks. May help stock service bar or portable bar for catered functions.

Responsible for the proper operation of the bar, receipts, and inventory accountability. Accepts money, operates a cash register, and makes change. May be required to prepare documentation for cash funds accountability.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Receives instruction, either orally, or in writing, from supervisor concerning the proper operation of the bar. Performs duties independently according to standard operating procedures. Work is evaluated by customer service provided and inventory results.

• Assists the Installation Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (DDRPM) with the DoD military and civilian drug testing programs.

DUTY 1:
Performs Career Broadening assignments; Provides enterprise and subordinate organizations with authoritative guidance on aspects concerning physical security programs for the protection of classified national security information, both Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral information.
Manages the physical security requirements for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIFs). Reviews pre-coordination requirements and recommends approval/disapproval prior to the construction of new SCIFs to include concepts of approval, fixed facility checklists, and formal accreditation. Recommends approval/disapproval prior to the accreditation of Temporary Secure Working Area (TSWA) requests on behalf of the enterprise IAW
DoD and AF regulations. Develops enterprise security policy and risk management assessments within general guidelines provided by the National Security Agency (NSA), DoD, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and Headquarters United States Air Force (USAF). In situations where guidelines are not available or modifications are required due to unique intelligence operations, incumbent must draw upon a broad base of experience in physical security to independently establish guidelines for the enterprise.

DUTY 2:
Administers the Information Security program. Serves as a security professional for the development, testing, fielding, and protection of sensitive technologies. Researches, interprets, analyzes and applies security guidelines from various sources for local application. Develops and implements security plans and procedures such as standard operating procedures, system security, program test, treaty verification preparation, deployment, and operations security (OPSEC) plans for personnel and facilities that support advanced or special programs and sensitive compartmented information material. Conducts and documents regular self-inspections of special access program facilities and operations. Assesses the security posture and sets goals and courses of action to correct deficiencies. Maintains Top Secret Control Accounts, and strict accountability of other accountable material. Leads or performs security investigations for incidents involving the actual or possible loss, compromise, or inadvertent disclosure of classified information. Performs technical reviews of incident reports and recommends appropriate corrective actions to the commander and higher headquarters. Assists in developing security classification guides for various technologies.

DUTY 3:
Administers the Industrial Security Program. Implements and administers the Industrial Security Program through the use of DoD, USAF and MAJCOM directives and procedures. Manages contractor-related security actions for the protection of special access program information and other sensitive information originated or controlled by the DoD and other agencies. Reviews solicitation and contract documents to ensure they include the appropriate security clauses and verbiage. Assists with input of security requirements within Statement of Work, Performance Work Statements or Statement of Objectives. May conduct industrial security inspections of integrated contractor work areas for adherence to classified contractual efforts in accordance with the Visitor Group Security Agreement and the National Industrial Security Program Manual. Reviews DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications for technical accuracy and sufficiency of classification guidance prior to approval. Reviews personnel security clearance investigations for derogatory information or potentially disqualifying information. Determines the seriousness of the derogatory or disqualifying information and recommends approval / disapproval for program access as appropriate.

DUTY 4:
Administers the Personnel Security Program. Establishes local procedures for processing requests for classified information access for military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Initiates and reviews requests for personnel security investigations consistent with directives. Responsible for the classification management program and supports special access program manager in developing classification guidance and making personnel security decisions. Ensures requests for program access are properly screened and verified, and that all necessary forms and documentation have been completed before processing for access. Analyze each request to determine validity and eligibility for access in accordance with policies. Prepares and transmits various reports and requests such as Transfer-of-Access and travel reports. Reviews personnel security decisions of lower-ranking personnel for accuracy. Investigates personnel security suitability issues and prepares and transmits adverse information reports to higher headquarters. Prepares and utilizes security databases, rosters, and other tools necessary to administer the personnel security program.

1. Receives, counts, weighs, and checks items to ensure that the vendor has delivered the type and quality of items purchased. Accepts only items listed on approved purchase order receiving copy. Records quantity received on purchase order receiving copy, condition of items, and forwards completed document.
2. Places items in stockroom locations, stacking items in groups by commodity and size. Stocks empty spaces on shelves and neatly arranges the merchandise. Fills requisitions of activities and retains triplicate copy of the requisition in the storeroom to account for the issues. Forwards all signed storeroom requisitions to the supervisor at the end of each workday. Reviews stock levels with supervisor for adequacy and recommends disposition of slow-moving or dead stock items.
3. Assists in end-of-month inventories of stock by counting items and giving figures to supervisor. Ensures that the supplies and equipment are safeguarded and secure at all times; permits only authorized personnel in storeroom; during periods of absence, locks and secures all storerooms. Turns keys over to supervisor according to prescribed procedures. Maintains high sanitation standards and cleans storerooms and stocks regularly.
