As a Program Manager you will:
- Provide vision, leadership, and direction to Office of Infrastructure, Infrastructure Policy and Controls employees by communicating NA-90 infrastructure goals, priorities, and actions.

• The incumbent facilitates major initiatives by providing subject matter expertise on asset valuation and program tools for the management of the National Capital Region’s real estate portfolio. Takes the lead role to ensure the development and execution of targeted program strategies. Maximizes and strengthens business line relationships by understanding and managing customer expectations and perceptions to integrate subject matter expertise into the regional PBS operations and recommends changes to existing procedures and processes that will enhance the service delivery.
• Obtains new business and facilitates the service delivery of existing business; ensures the coordination of planning and program implementation with other PBS Divisions. Oversees the maintenance of national and regional program databases.
• Addresses problems and concerns raised by Client Delivery staff on behalf of customer agencies. Investigates and oversees the investigation of source of problems and validates findings. Recommends corrective action, and resolves to the mutual benefits and satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Supervises staff assigned to the Division in the performance of work geared toward supporting and validating client agency project management requirements. This includes: establishes and plans work schedules for subordinates; establishes short and long term priorities and objectives; evaluates employee work performance; and provides guidance, advice, and counsels on all performance and personnel matters regarding branch employees. Handles disciplinary actions when necessary. Reviews and approves or denies leave requests.

Under the supervision of the Board and Chief of Staff, the incumbent:

• Leads strategic planning for communications, drafts press releases and conducts other media outreach (e.g. letters to the editor and articles for publication).
• Manages content on the Board's website.
• Creates and manages content for the Board's accounts on multiple social media platforms.
• Handles public and press inquiries and rapid response campaigns.
• Drafts copy and works with relevant staff to finalize and distribute materials.

This position can be filled at any GSA duty location in the Mid-Atlantic Region to include NJ, PA, MD, VA or WV. The incumbent will be expected to report to a GSA facility in the Mid-Atlantic Region at least 6x per pay period. As an Operations Manager you will:

• Review work performed in program areas to ensure compliance with performance standards and general operating guidelines; assure that specific services provided to buildings tenants are responsive to customer needs and in compliance with levels of service, contract provisions and established codes and standards; develop, implement and monitor programs related to tenant safety and comfort, such as energy conservation, safety, and fire and security protection; oversees technical service operations (e. g. building construction and modification); conduct periodic inspections of buildings and equipment to determine need and timing of repairs and submit required reports to the Field Office Manager, PMD Director and/or Deputy Director.
• Provide contract administration, lease management and quality assurance support on behalf of tenant agencies and GSA.
• Appraise operational performance, progress, program status and trends to assure established program objectives, goals and schedules are being attained for assigned building(s)/properties.
• Channel information to appropriate program managers and upon request, represents them in making local contacts on matters affecting their programs.

As a Program Manager you will:

• Serve within the DOE/NNSA Ukraine Task Force (UTF) to provide advice and guidance on nuclear and radiological risk reduction, emergency preparedness and incident response, and/or critical energy infrastructure resilience.
• Design, conduct studies, and advise the leadership and staff at the respective embassy, organization, or interagency unit on mission areas related to DOE/NNSA UTF equities within that organization's area of responsibility.
• Conduct analyses of vital foreign affairs policies, programs, and projects that are of national and international interest, scope, and impact to both U.S. and foreign policy makers/officials.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration between DOE/NNSA and counterparts in the assigned foreign country or multilateral organization and, where necessary, resolve technical, policy, and procedural problems or issues related to energy, both promoting and protecting the U.S. innovation base, and nuclear nonproliferation cooperation.

This position is in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO), United States Capitol Police (USCP or Department).  The OCAO has central responsibility for the managerial and administrative operations for the Department.  The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) leads the OCAO and is directly responsible for the human capital, information and technology, financial, procurement and acquisition, and general administrative services for the Department. 

The incumbent of this position serves as the Department’s Program Manager for Strategic Workforce and Human Capital Planning and reports to the CAO.  The incumbent is responsible for providing advice and guidance to top executives and managers on the impact of Department policies, proposals, and decisions on strategic human capital, workforce planning, and resource allocation.  Possesses broad and in-depth federal human capital technical expertise.   Plans, directs, and administers technical advice, assistance, and guidance to Department Bureaus and Offices on staffing strategies, resource allocation, workforce planning and modeling. This position exercises the full range of supervisory authorities and responsibilities in directing and managing the work of a subordinate staff.
