Melaksanakan drafting kerja perusahaan dengan pihak eksternal

• Attendance of know-how sessions
• Familiarization with the legal organization, policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA
• Perform legal researches in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate, business activities, commercial, investment, cybersecurity and data protection, real estates, IP, etc.)
• Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards
• Support in drafting internal legal circulars, proposals for management approval
• Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers
• Assist in creation of internal checklists, management of legal database of contracts, entity constitutional documents, clause library, etc.

Job Description

• Assist in creating and updating information security policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Research and assist in reviewing of compliance against cybersecurity regulatory requirements

• Assist in conducting reviews on processes and procedures to identify compliance against industry frameworks

• Participate in audit programs including creation, execution of test plans to determine effectiveness of controls

• Participate in conduct of privacy and security risk assessments

• Assist in effective management of Vendor risks

• Support activities to maintain or obtain industry certifications (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS etc.)
