About the Role:
● The Incumbent is responsible to work closely with the Rentokil PCI and Hygiene business
team providing information, advice and support on the liasoning cases especially the
recovery suits to ensure that the business is compliant.
● The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves
collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
● Liasoning with our external lawyers to handle PAN India legal cases especially recovery
suits.
● Ensuring recovery is done on time, keeping the tracker updated for the same; preparing a
compliance report etc.
● Act as a contact points for all agency (external lawyers) or organisational personnel
● To facilitate meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations.
● To draft legal notices, replies to/ for Customers/ Govt. Depts., agreements, amendments,
MOUs, NDAs.
● To act as authorised representatives in court of law, if required.
● To do research and prepare notes on applicability on new acts, amendments, notifications
Key Result Areas:
● Share the advice given by lawyers with Branches and support on recovery suits, liaison
between external lawyers, credit controllers and branches.
● Drafting and proofreading of legal documents etc.
Competencies (Skills essential to the role):
● Basic understanding of Legal aspect: Analytical skills, has exposure of supporting lawyers
on legal issues, pragmatic, action-oriented advice.

● Ability to think out of the box and creatively, to identify and resolve issues.
● Interest in understanding the business in depth.
● Able to work well as a team member and build rapport and trust with both internal and
external stakeholders.
● Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.
● Must be comfortable working independently.
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
● LLB or LLM
● Company Secretary/ CS (added advantage)
● Experience : 2-3 years
● Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
● Should have knowledge of Companies Act, Labour law, IPR, Legal Metrology, Data Protection
Act, Contracts, Insecticides Act, etc.
