• Perform storage resource allocations and migrations when required complying the process.

• Communicate with APS, business, and other ITP teams during different project stages.

Governance

• Support storage vulnerability, baseline checking and storage hardening
• Produce health-check/dashboard/security compliance report as required

Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of system support experience on enterprise storage platform.
• Expertise in EMC PMAX/VMAX, ECS, Pure Storage, NetApp, Brocade SAN switches, and CleverSafe.
• Strong knowledge of storage management, including volume/file system management, data migration, snapshots, and replication.
• Experience in storage upgrades and hands-on with code upgrades.
• Project management experience will be a plus

Specific Qualifications preferred

• SAN management at intermediate to advanced level
• NAS management at intermediate to advanced level
• Object storage management at intermediate to advanced level
• ITIL foundation for service management

Details of working hours 12 hours (2 days works and 2 days off, monthly 15 to 16 days work)

Responsibilities:

 Proactively monitor all incidents in ITSM portal.

 Timely escalation of incidents to Level II support to meet SLA.

 Monitor system performance/alerts and escalate to Level II support.

 Review of automated reports and escalation of issues to POCs.

 Perform job monitoring and escalations.

 Respond to phone calls and user emails/requests/queries.

 Perform system alerts suppression.

 Able to perform adhoc task based on operational/project requirement.

 Able to work on 12hr shift pattern.
