The Supervisory Human Resources Specialist performs the following major duties:

The Director, Business Management Office performs the following duties:

• This supervisory position provides leadership and managerial direction for effective, uniform, and economical accomplishments of management and administrative functions and responsibilities.

Solves complex problems and develops improved technical processes, systems or safety mitigations for the operational workforce. Considers the objectives of Safety and Technical Training and the ATO when developing, integrating, and implementing solutions to diverse, complex problems. This position is being advertised as both location negotiable after selection and with a duty station(s) of Sterling, VA; Washington, DC; or Jefferson, LA with the option of telework. At the full performance level (GS-13) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
