Role Overview
The Employee Experience Partner (D&I and Wellbeing) will report directly to Head of Employee Engagement and HR Advice. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive D&I initiatives that align with our values and help achieve our business goals. This includes creating policies, programmes, and practices that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Employee Wellbeing Programs: Design and implement wellbeing programs that address financial, physical, mental, and emotional health. This includes initiatives such as implementing the financial wellbeing pledge, wellness workshops, mental health support, and work-life balance strategies with a focus on hybrid working practices and remote workers.
• Training and Development: Procure and implement training programmes on diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing to educate and empower employees at all levels.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data to assess the effectiveness of D&I and wellbeing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior leaders including the Executive Team and the MaPS Board.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, leaders, and colleague network groups to ensure alignment and integration of D&I and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
• Colleague Network Groups: Lead and support the work of the colleague network groups, ensuring these groups are empowered to contribute to the organisation’s D&I and wellbeing goals.
• Embedding Inclusion: Lead efforts to embed inclusion across all aspects of recruitment, training, and development. Ensure that inclusive practices are integrated into hiring processes, onboarding, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with leaders, colleague network chairs, and other key stakeholders to drive D&I and wellbeing initiatives. Facilitate regular meetings and forums to ensure ongoing dialogue and collaboration.
• Pay Gap Reporting: Lead the preparation and publication of gender pay gap reports, disability pay gap reports, and ethnicity pay gap reports. Analyse the data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any disparities.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant legislation and reflect best practices in the field.

As Security Engineer, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst at Money and Pensions Service (MaPS), you will be responsible for supporting the Cyber Security Manager and the Identity and Access Manager with cybersecurity and IAM operations, continuous service improvement and identity management, protecting the organisation’s cloud technology platforms, data and identities.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

• Extensive experience with React (SSR) and Next.JS.
• Experience in Headed and Headless content management and its application to websites and tools.
• Strong technical expertise with .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, C# and Plugins (Ideally have experience working with Genesys APIs or similar).
• Experience with Terraform and Netlify is desirable.
• Solution Design Experience with Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Apps.
• Experience in Azure Function apps integrations including monitoring them for performance and failures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Devops deployments and pipeline setup
• Agile delivery methodology and experience.
• Experience with web based integrations around OAUTH and Entra ID

As a Quality Assurance & Technical Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all pension guidance delivered meets established quality standards and is technically accurate. You’ll work closely with the Pensions Operations team, focusing on calls, webchat, and written enquiries to maintain high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the Pensions Quality Assurance & Technical Manager and the Quality Assurance & Technical team.

As a Quality Assurance & Technical Specialist, you will be responsible:

Ensuring that all pension guidance delivered is technically accurate and that the customer experience standards are met.

The following are the main duties of the Quality Assurance & Technical Specialist role:

• Ensuring that services are technically accurate and meet an agreed set of customer service standards.
• Answer technical queries from our Pensions Guidance specialists about all and any aspects of pensions.
• Anticipating upcoming topics by picking up on new developments across the pensions industry.
• Update the technical accuracy of pensions guidance content and information products.
• Attend meetings and workshops etc., within the scope of the role.
• Contribute to the technical learning and development strategy and help to deliver the quality assurance plan, both of which deliver continuous improvement to the organisation.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.

• A deep and wide knowledge of pensions’ law and practice across a broad range of pension arrangements, occupational, personal, and state pension
• An understanding and appreciation of wider retirement issues and non-pension assets, including state benefits.
• Must be good at dealing with members of the public, translating complex ideas and topics clearly.
• A commitment to on-going personal and professional development; we may require you to undertake training within the scope of the role.
• A successful track record of producing clear, technical communications.
• FPMI, APMI or CII qualifications or equivalent in related areas (Desirable).
