Job Description Summary
The role of the HR Generalist (HRG) is to provide consultative, project-based and hands-on support to Regional Account Leadership and team members supporting multiple clients within C&W Services. The HRG will partner with leaders and HR Leadership on key talent initiatives and projects relative to integration, change management and overall HR best practices, and will report to the HR Director
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support HR initiatives and projects including onboarding, effective employee relations, and HR processes and procedures
- Implement HR programs within assigned businesses
- Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic business planning
- Collaborates with CWS HR teams to implement policy updates, process improvements, streamline onboarding practices and provide improved training programs.
- Partnering with local leaders and ER team to effectively address employee relations issues and policy concerns.
- Coaching managers and employees for effective performance and relationship management
- Developing onboarding protocol for new hires
- Interpreting existing policies and making recommendations for revisions
- Liaison between Service Delivery Managers, payroll, benefits, and HR Services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years HR Generalist experience with non-exempt employee population
- Reliable knowledge employment law for multiple states, as well as Federal employment law
- Professional and polished at all times, ability to perform as a trusted advisor
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity – can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to think and work on a global platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proactively communicate and build partnerships at all levels
- Computer proficiency with advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, and other Office suite applications.
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow a plus.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $59,500.00 - $70,000.00
