Who is best suited to this role?

· Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of private banking and wealth management. Wider knowledge of asset management, corporate banking and retail banking is advantages.

· Sales or Consultancy Experience: Prior experience in pre-sales, consultancy or sales roles is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Conduct weekly/monthly follow-ups on AR outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain AR outstanding tracking records.
• Follow up on customer PO forecast receiving updates to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Investigate, process, and resolve claims, disputes, and adjustments promptly and accurately.
• Accrue unprocessed claims at month-end to meet closing schedule deadlines.

• Responsible for conducting compliance examinations and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) evaluations of insured depositor institutions, including examinations of insured depository institutions that exhibit problem characteristics. Conducts all or portions of examinations in order to fulfill mission needs, as appropriate.
• Provides guidance to Examiners on policy, procedure law, regulations, examination techniques, and other matters relating to the technical and administrative aspects of their work. Responsible for the quality of reports of examination produced by Examiners assigned to the team.
• As circumstances dictate and/or as directed by the Field Supervisor, maintains contact with Risk Management counterparts for the purpose of coordinating examinations and supervisory activities.
• Meets with insured depository institution officials and/or boards of directors to discuss the findings of examinations.
• Serves as part of the Field Territory management team and, as a first-line supervisor, is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the work of a team of Examiners. Incumbent is responsible for the management and operation of a safety of dams program, an irrigation, range and agriculture program, the fact-based and technical aspects of assertion and defense of water rights through litigation and negotiation, and the protection of water supplies; Incumbent coordinates and performs case work involving annual inspection, emergency action plans, maintenance, and operation of 29 high hazard dams in the region.

Incumbent coordinates and performs case work involving operation and maintaining of irrigation projects that BIA owns and operates.

Incumbent performs program case work and assures that the program staff:

• Provides technical support to the agencies and tribes in the Region on range vegetation inventories, eradication of noxious weeds, soil surveys, grazing permits, stocking capacity and associated conservation or integrated resource management plans
• Develop the technical studies and completes adjudication and settlement of water rights cases, collection and analysis of data and preparation of research needed to participate in negotiations or litigations for Indian water rights accurately, timely, and in coordination with the Office of the Solicitor and the Department of Justice
• Review Indian and non-Indian irrigation, municipal, industrial, flood control, recreational, and other water related features and programs to ascertain that Indian water rights are protected.
