Provide reassurance and support to patients and carers/family. Provide information to enable the effectiveness of care to be evaluated and records maintained.Report any concern regarding patient care.Be able to locate all policies relating to good working practice within the clinical area and able to adhere to them. Ensure appropriate information is available on the ward for patients and visitors in relation to health promotion. Job Brief:

Evaluate and negotiate motor claims, ensuring fair settlements and cost efficiency. Handle repair approvals, challenge adjuster recommendations, and manage investigations as needed. Provide coaching to enhance team skills and ensure accurate system entries for seamless claims processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Motor technical assessment
• Negotiate with repairer on approval sum
• Manage, negotiate and challenge adjuster's recommendation.
• Process/issue approval to repairer and/or next steps; i.e. to conduct further investigation i.e. ODI
• Coach/guide/knowledge transfer on automobile claims assessment skill.
• Necessary entries into claims systems/Merimen, if any

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Intern specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
