The purpose of the Head of HR Business Partnering role is to:
• Lead the HR Business Partnering team to deliver great people approaches and enable Directorates to deliver the NHP strategy.
• Oversee the effective collation, analysis, and reporting of People data, ensuring actionable insights are generated that drive effective decision making on people issues.



The post holder will develop effective strategy and operational policies for promoting innovation across Cluster and Sector. Working closely with colleagues across the sector, ensuring coherent strategy and will:
• Drive the strategy for, supporting and ensuring alignment across the
• Drive reform and support organisational change and uptake of initiatives that support excellence.
• Develop and communicate the vision for the role of innovation, and the development of strategy and operational policies to support this vision
• Engage with key strategic regional and national policy makers to inform development of strategy and policies
• Identify examples of national and international best practice and to ensure that NHS England benefits from relevant innovations in healthcare
• Support development by developing the innovation infrastructure and capacity in organisations
• Develop and champion new initiatives or projects as necessary
• Working with providers and clinical experts to design new training products

Provide expertise of best practice methodologies regulatory requirements, policy imperatives, innovation and technological developments and stakeholders knowledge.

• Programar y completar dos visitas a domicilio y dos conferencias de padres y maestros al año. 
• Animar e involucrar a los miembros de la familia para servir como voluntarios en el salón de clases.
• Colaborar con el personal de servicios a la familia a implementar las prácticas de vida familiar, ampliar el aprendizaje en el hogar y satisfacer las expectativas de asistencia.

Requisitos:
• BA de Educación en la niñez temprana/preescolar o GA de Educación preescolar o  certificación otorgada por el estado de maestros de preescolar con experiencia en la enseñanza en edad preescolar o BA/BS en el campo relacionado con al menos seis cursos de la universidad (12-18 créditos) en Educación en la niñez temprana más experiencia de enseñar a los niños(as) en edad preescolar.

Maestro Early Head Start

Descripción:

El/la Maestro(a) de bebés-niños(as) pequeños(as) es responsable de un salón de clases de niños(as) de 0 a 3 años de edad. El/la Maestro(a) trabajará en colaboración con otro(a) maestro(a) para asegurar el funcionamiento exitoso de un salón de clases con un total de 6 a 8 niños(as) de edades mixtas desde el nacimiento hasta los 3 años de edad. Responsabilidades:

· Implementar rutinas diarias centradas en los niños (as) y crea un ambiente de aprendizaje que fomenta el desarrollo de las interacciones sociales positivas apropiadas para la edad, la exploración/participación activa en el aprendizaje y la automotivación (curiosidad) para promover el desarrollo en todos los ámbitos para los niños (as) de todas las habilidades.

· Comprender el desarrollo de la autorregulación en bebés y niños (as) pequeños(as), así como las expectativas apropiadas para la edad de comportamientos prosociales. Crea un ambiente propicio y receptivo que promueve el desarrollo positivo de las competencias sociales y emocionales. Observa de cerca y con comprensión para determinar las posibles causas del comportamiento desafiante, implementando medidas preventivas, enseñando a los niños (as) nuevas habilidades sociales y de comunicación en asociación con las familias.

· Utilizar observaciones de niños (as) y notas anecdóticas, para documentar el progreso de los niños (as) e individualizar el currículo.

· Crear alianzas con las familias para establecer patrones de interacciones positivas en el programa, la escuela y el hogar.

· Apoyar en el desarrollo social y emocional de los niños(as).

· Responsable de colaborar con su maestro(a) colega en la preparación del plan de lecciones diarias. Haciéndolos visibles para los padres, voluntarios y visitantes del salón.

· Planificar e implementar experiencias de aprendizaje que promuevan el desarrollo cognitivo y físico del niño. incluyendo el progreso en las metas de preparación escolar, mediante el desarrollo del lenguaje (comprensión y uso cada vez más complejo, para ampliar el vocabulario), la alfabetización emergente, escritura y conocimiento de los números, apreciación de los libros y habilidades para resolver problemas. 

· Seguir el currículum Creativo, el cual brinda amplias oportunidades para el juego natural y experiencias interactivas, para que se pueda reflejar el estilo de aprendizaje individual de cada niño(a) en el grupo.

·  Implementar experiencias lingüísticamente adecuadas de acuerdo al desarrollo y lenguaje adecuados para la edad y cultura de los niños (as) atendidos.

· Establecer y mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro y saludable.

· Implementar actividades de aprendizaje experiencial que promuevan la competencia intelectual y emocional de los bebés y niños(as) pequeños(as).

· Proporcionar orientación y disciplina positiva, para apoyar a los niños(as) a medida que adquieren destrezas de preparación para el jardín de niños(as) y más allá.

· Implementar planes de clase diarios en respuesta a las necesidades e intereses de los niños (as), incorporando observaciones, registros de anécdotas, descubrimientos de desarrollo de la primera infancia y experiencias clave.

· Implementar Planes Individuales de Servicios Familiares (PISF) para niños (as) con necesidades especiales.

· Brindar a los niños(as) una rutina constante en el salón de clases que responda a las necesidades individuales de los bebés y niños(as) pequeños(as).

· Proveer supervisión y asegurar el bienestar y seguridad de los niños(as) en todo momento, de acuerdo con los estándares de Head Start y de licenciamiento de cuidado infantil.

· Comprender las regulaciones asociadas con la prevención de enfermedades y lesiones, incluidos los procedimientos adecuados para el cambio de pañales, el ejercicio de precauciones universales y la prevención de contaminación.

· Invitar a los padres a participar en el desarrollo del currículo y el enfoque del programa para el desarrollo y la educación del niño.

· Fomentar la participación de las familias de los niños(as) en el programa Early Head Start y apoyar el desarrollo de las relaciones entre los niños(as) y sus familias.

· Proporcionar oportunidades para que los padres aumenten sus destrezas de observación de los niños(as) y para compartir evaluaciones con el personal que ayudan a planificar las experiencias de aprendizaje.

Requisitos:

· BA de Educación en la niñez temprana o BA en campo relacionado más haber completado 18 créditos en cursos para infantes y maternales o haber aprobado 15 créditos en infantes y maternales en adición al CDA para infantes y maternales.

· Al menos 120 horas de entrenamiento en Contenido bebés/niños(as) pequeños(as), además de por lo menos 480 horas de experiencia en el trabajo con bebés y niños (as) pequeños(as). Credencial CDA para infantes y maternales.

·  Obtener la certificación en RCP y primeros auxilios.

Coordinador(a) Necesidades Especiales

Descripción:
El/La Coordinador(a) de Niños con Necesidades Especiales ayuda al programa a brindar servicios de alta calidad para niños con discapacidades y sus familias. Está anclado en las regulaciones de servicios de Head Start, específicamente la regulación que requiere un enfoque coordinado en todo el programa "para garantizar la participación plena y efectiva de todos los niños con discapacidades, incluidos, entre otros, los niños elegibles para los servicios bajo la Ley de Educación para Personas con Discapacidades (IDEA)". 

Responsabilidades:
• Profundizado en el enfoque coordinado y la legislación de: la Parte B que incluye disposiciones de servicios para niños con discapacidades de 3 años o más. La Parte C, cubre los servicios para bebés y niños pequeños con discapacidades o retrasos y sus familias. 
• En coordinación con la agencia de la Parte C y/o LEA, garantizar la identificación oportuna, referidos, servicios identificados y apoyo de transición para niños con discapacidades. Acceso al portal LEA MIPE. Participación en la redacción de Metas y Objetivos del IEP en MIPE. Revisión anual de las metas y objetivos del IEP en el portal del MIPE. 
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos colaborativos para las agencias de la Parte C y/o LEA. 
• Contribuir al reclutamiento programado regular y continuo de niños. 
• Necesita estar familiarizado con los plazos, el proceso y los requisitos de elegibilidad.
• Cernimientos de niños.
• Apoyar la realización de todos los cernimientos y evaluaciones infantiles requeridos, incluidos los requisitos de 45 y 90 días para niños nuevos y evaluaciones de progreso trimestrales para todos los niños. 
• Referidos y evaluación de niños. 
• Servicios coordinados para niños con discapacidades y sus familias.
• Brindar consultas constantes y continuas al personal docente para apoyar la instrucción individualizada para niños con IEP o comportamientos desafiantes. 
• Realizar un seguimiento de los datos de los resultados del IEP y el IFSP en todo el programa, los salones y los centros, analizar los datos y hacer recomendaciones de desarrollo del programa basadas en el análisis. 

Requisitos:
• Bachillerato en Educación de la Primera Infancia o bachillerato en un campo relacionado con al menos seis (6) cursos en educación de la primera infancia y experiencia en la enseñanza de niños en edad preescolar o certificación de enseñanza preescolar otorgada por el estado con experiencia en la enseñanza de niños en edad preescolar. Preferiblemente Maestría. 
• Experiencia previa en supervisión/entrenamiento en un entorno de primera infancia.
•  Se requiere un examen físico y verificaciones de antecedentes para este puesto.

Requisitos:

• Mínimo, una credencial de CDA, o un certificado otorgado por el estado que cumpla o exceda los requisitos para una credencial de CDA, estar inscritos en un programa que conduzca a un título de asociado o licenciado o bien estén inscritos en un programa de certificación de CDA para completarlo durante el plazo de los primeros dos años de haber sido contratados.

Esta oportunidad de empleo es para contratación directa con nuestro socio - Boys and Girls de Puerto Rico. 

Descripción:

El/La Floater de HS o EHS trabajará en colaboración con el maestro(a) para asegurar el funcionamiento exitoso de un salón de clases de niños(as) de HS o EHS. También trabaja con un equipo de asistentes de maestros(as) del salón de clases y miembros de la familia para implementar el plan de estudios para lograr resultados para los niños(as) de todas las habilidades.

El/La Floater de HS o EHS será evaluado en última instancia en función de una combinación de habilidades, disposiciones y comportamientos, algunos de los cuales están relacionados con el área de servicio específica de este puesto y otros que representan las expectativas generales de todos los empleados.

• Utiliza el conocimiento de los principios del crecimiento y desarrollo infantil para trabajar con los niños y comunicarse con las partes interesadas internas y externas.

• Flexibility with delivering learning sessions early in the morning and late in the evening

• Organized and able to multitask

• Ability to travel up to 75% in-state and out of state nationally as needed. This can include occasional weekends and holidays observed

• Participate and support on-boarding and ongoing internal training of our product

• Work collaboratively with the Manager of Professional Facilitators to ensure the delivery of successful, engaging, and effective learning experiences

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand the intention behind each session and customize as needed

• Collaborate and advise the Professional Learning and Product teams as they develop materials for onsite and online use

• Review survey data and apply the feedback toward professional growth

• Complete post-learning experience report within specified time frames

• Enhance the existing internal training program by adding additional tasks/information and actively coaching those going through internal professional learning

• Support and Facilitate quarterly meetings with other national facilitators to share best practices

• Stay abreast of the latest research in the area of delivery and share those with others within our organization
