The Role:

This role will execute the sales plan to deliver maximum revenue potential. You will manage the engagement of customers and present the value and impact of our services to prospective customers. You will also be involved in sales forecasting to achieve targets while creating a good customer experience and satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Operations, you will be part of a customer-fronting team within an education services company.

Responsibilities:

A. Customer Experience & Engagement:

• Reach out and engage parents and students about our products and services through various communication channels such as telesales, messaging, etc.
• Discover, analyse and identify the customer requirements
• Promptly follow up on lead inquiries and personalise the message to each customer.
• Present the unique value of our services, tailoring them to achieve the needs of the prospective customers
• Provide excellent customer services, resulting in a strong referral or word of mouth

B. Sales Pipeline and Management:

• Involve in developing an individual sales plan to effectively build a pipeline and generate top-line revenue growth
• Work to achieve monthly sales targets as well as track sales goals and results
• Update all sales and follow-up activities in the sales reporting tool efficiently.
• Feedback to the management on ways to optimise lead channels and close the customers.
• Work with marketing to generate content and traffic for our social media channels.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Majority of customers are from China).
• Passion for direct sales, telesales, or telemarketing experience, preferably within the education or ed-tech space.
• Experience in developing new opportunities, closing sales, and exceeding the target-driven environment, focusing on B2C customers (e.g. young learners, parents, and their guardians).
• Comfortable with cold-calling, self-sourcing, and following through on leads.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales goals.
• You are energetic, hungry for success, and achievement-oriented while being empathetic engaging, and consultative to our customers.

Record, and validate results when required. • A proven track record in leadership, ideally as a SENDCO or in a pastoral leadership role.
• Expertise in SEND legislation, behaviour management, and student attendance strategies.
• Experience working collaboratively with parents, carers, and multi-agency teams.
• Outstanding teaching and learning practices, with the ability to model excellence.
• Relevant qualifications, including the National Award for SEND Coordination (or willingness to achieve this).

About EBN Academies

The EBN Academies provide high quality education and support to students aged 13-16 who require a different educational experience than mainstream schooling to improve their outcomes. As Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in motivating and inspiring students, staff, parents, carers, and the wider community to ensure every student achieves their full potential and is equipped to seize a range of opportunities.

In order to continue the growth of the Academies and further develop support for the students the Trustees and Executive Head Teacher are seeking to appoint a Head Teacher who:

• Has recent and substantial experience at Head Teacher or Deputy Head level within the secondary phase.
• Is a dynamic and inspirational leader with the vision and drive to advance and further strengthen the Academy.
• Can maintain strategic direction with the ability to be creative, rigorous and practical.
• Is an excellent practitioner who is able lead our very talented and reflective teaching and support teams.
• Is passionate about releasing the potential of all children within a multi-cultured inclusive school.
• Is able to maintain and nurture our ethos where all pupils can feel equally valued for their culture and contributions.
• Is able to demonstrate a flair for working collaboratively in order to maintain and develop our very positive relations with pupils, staff, parents/carers, governors, our neighbouring schools and the wider community

• Chemistry Specialist teaching GCSE & A Level
