We are looking for a resourceful and talented Training Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our commercial efforts as part of our next phase of growth in Singapore. This requires you to be a self-starter, successfully sell and up-sell our services and manage post-sales customer relationships.

• Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically.
• Provide pre-course advisory to prospective learners (including career advancement).
• Understand the learner’s aptitude and attitude for the class.
• Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Assure Safety Training courses.
• Enhancing up-to-date knowledge on new courses, procedures, and services by attending training meetings.
• Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company, Assure Safety in a positive manner.
• Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.
• Adhere Code of Conduct for Marketing Staffs.
• Ensure diligent follow up Sales to offer recurring courses.
• Ensure follow up with clients not complying with payment terms.

At Assure Safety, we offer WSQ training courses for adults in the F&B industry, environmental services industry, ICT industry, and more. We are currently seeking Full-Time Training Coordinators for our training institute.

You should be able to do the following:

• Handle Training Coordination for all upcoming WSQ Courses
• Provide customer service for all training course-related enquiries - incoming and outgoing.
• Handle Phone inquiries, send replies by email, and phone, attend to walk-in customers
• Call Prospective students to advice about training programs
• Collect Fees, Generate Invoices, Receipts, and Do Student Registrations
• Set up Class and Laptops (if needed) for training before class.
• Take care of the Inventory of Books, Pantry for Snacks,
• Assist management in day-to-day operations and office administration.
• You should be able to work for Monday to Friday full days, in our office in the city.
