Job Duties & Responsibilities:-

• To provide technical troubleshooting support to customers on alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.
• To monitor and respond to alarm signals within service level targets.
• To attend to customers’ enquiries on products, accounts and services, and offer alternatives solutions to fulfill customer needs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
• To gather customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Team Leader & Supervisors for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
• To ensure that standard operational procedures (SOP) are adhered to.
• To profile accounts based on account types and key priority accounts.
• To demonstrate strong work commitment and work ethics.
• To highlight SOP non-compliance to Team Leaders for correction, corrective and preventive actions.
• To adhere to plan work schedule & be available for overtime during emergencies in short notice.
• Able to perform rotating 12hours shift work, 4 days a week
• 1-2 year call center experience

Job Description

• Respond to all incoming calls regarding the customers’ issues especially relating to termination requests and turn them into contract renewal.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and effectively in an efficient and professional manner.
• Document all calls and actions taken into system ensuring that all updates and amendments are accurate.
• Follow through and take ownership on all queries from customer where possible.
• Work towards KPI set by Leader.
• Able to work unsupervised and maintain professionalism.
• Good incident knowledge in the market as a reference to overturn a termination request relating to security needs in homes and businesses.
• Take all practical steps to ensure your own health and safety at work, and the safety of others in the workplace.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience within a call centre working environment in banks / telcos preferred
• Min. Nitec in office administration
• Experience with Microsoft Office and able to demonstrate diligence and meticulous traits
• Possess customer centric qualities
• Good interpersonal & phone communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)
• Able to commence work on short notice
• Strong understanding how subscriber life cycle works
• Passion in learning new skills, product, technical knowledge
• Shows tenacity in finishing, especially in the face of resistance
• Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish
• Strong team player with strong teamwork capability

Job Description:

• Handle all inbound calls routed into customer service hotline through 1800-881-1111.
• Speaks with empathy over the phone especially to all kinds of related termination requests directly from customers and direct request to Retention Team.
• Contact account holder via outgoing phone calls and email to remind them on their outstanding payments and commit dates for payment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by liaising directly with customers on any queries/issues related to billing.
• Monitor and follow up with account holders on payment dates.
• Raise waivers or credit notes for customer dispute cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely records and tracking of all billing cases
• Assist in the preparation of reports and accounts loading.
• Help in sending statement of account, reminder letters and tax invoices to account holders.
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirement:

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience within a Customer Care Centre, understanding of Security Monitoring Centre or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Min. N / O / ITE / Diploma with relevant call centre working experiences in banks / telcos preferred but not a must.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and able to demonstrate diligence and meticulous traits
• Possess customer centric qualities

As a Service Engineer, you have to :

• Attend to ad-hoc service call at cusotmers' premises and responding to calls for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service request in accordance with the Company’s Service Agreement.
• Liaise with the customers and sub-contractors in regards to all aspect on add-on project activities.
• Monitor the progress of the work done closely to ensure that the shcedule and quality of work are met.
• Also to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time.
• Able to render technical support to the other departments.

You should:

• Posses at least a Higher Nitec or Higher qualification in Electronic or Electrical.
• Have 1-2 years experience in service and maintenance of intrusion alarm, card access and CCTV systems.
• Be certified for Building construction safety supervisor or MEWP which will be an added advantage.
• Posses a valid class 3 driving license.
• Be ready for rotating stand-by duty.
