Job Description
- Responsible for admin duties to run the business operation smoothly such as emails, phone calls, billings, setting up for meetings, ordering supplies etc.
- To maintain an effective filing system and organise scanned documents into system
- Responsible in generating the reports, do up meeting minutes
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, transport, accomodation and restaurant reservations
- Portal management
- Maintain all transmittal records
- Assist directors in secretarial duties
- Greet and assist guests/visitors
- Assist in training administration such as update training records of each individual, monitoring workers CSOC, Coretrade and Contract expiry for renewal of workers
- Performing other relevant duties
Requirements
- At least GCE O Level or diploma qualifications with some relevant working experience in Human Resource and Administration
- Prior experience in Construction Industry will be advantageous
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent, Meticulous and Positive Attitude in learning
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
