- Checks information in various reports for accuracy, compares to on line system and makes necessary adjustments to the appropriate system. Reconciles discrepancies between systems and reports by determining correct data and making corrections.

• Ensure work tasks are completed on time.
• Handle client questions on the landscape project.
• Identify symptoms, pests and diseases.
• Improve growing conditions using proper nutrient fertilisers and soil mix.
• Manage landscape maintenance works (Pruning, Weeding, Mulching)
• Organise work orders with the ground crew.
• Esnure and plan work safety regulations are followed.
• Plan daily work schedule for the workforce.
• Review of the plant health, soil, water and other environmental conditions.
• Review sites according to the health and safety regulations.

- Plan and prepare work schedules and reports

- Prepare a comprehensive report when required

- Conduct Tree inspections

- Liase with internal and external stakeholders on enquiries, feedbacks and complaints

- Adhere to Safety procedures, protocol and guidelines

- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays

- Any other adhoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or
• Degree/Diploma in the field or discipline of Horticulture, Agriculture, Arboriculture, Botany, Forestry, Landscaping or
• Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) or
• International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Arborist
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in horticultural and landscape project/maintenance in Singapore.
• Possess a minimum class 3 license
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Team player, proactive and independent

Must have class 4/5 Singapore driving license.

Must have crane operator certificate with min 2 years experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the landscape industry.

Able to coordinate with the officers and able to prepare the daily work schedule.

Must be prepared to work on Sundays and public holidays.

Able to work on emergency requirements after regular working hours/mid-night (Urgent work).
