工作目的：
應付帳款初級資料輸入文員負責準確輸入與供應商發票和付款相關的財務資料。該角色包括透過維護準確的記錄、確保付款的順利處理以及協助行政任務來支援會計師。
主要職責：
資料輸入：
- 將供應商發票、採購訂單和付款詳細資訊準確輸入會計系統。
- 確保發票正確編碼到適當的總帳科目。
- 維護系統中所有交易的最新記錄。
發票驗證：
- 檢查發票的準確性，確保附有必要的批准和適當的文件。
- 向會計師標記並向會計師報告任何差異或缺失資訊。
付款處理支援：
- 協助準備付款批次（例如支票、電子資金轉帳）以供審核和批准。
- 幫助組織和歸檔付款記錄、發票和支援文件。
對帳支援：
- 協助進行基本的供應商報表核對，以確保所有交易均已計算。
- 幫助識別和解決任何差異或未完成的項目。
- 文件和歸檔：
維護發票、付款記錄和其他財務文件的適當歸檔系統（實體或數位） 。
一般行政支援：
- 協助會計師處理行政任務，例如處理郵件和供應商通訊。
- 透過確保數據準確性並幫助編寫報告，在月末結算過程中提供支援。
資質：
教育：
高中文憑或同等學歷（必需）。
會計或簿記相關認證或課程（首選）。
經驗：
擁有 0-1 年類似職位的經驗，最好是財務或資料輸入的經驗。
技能：
高度重視資料輸入的細節和準確性。
對會計原理有基本的了解。
精通 Microsoft Office（尤其是 Excel）並具備會計軟體（例如 Odoo、Xero、QuickBooks）經驗者優先。
良好的組織和時間管理能力。
個人屬性：

能夠獨立工作並作為團隊的一部分。
