Can be based from either our London or Newcastle Upon Tyne offices, with hybrid working from home and onsite at our Persona Homes developments

We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our Persona Homes New Build Sales & Marketing team, supporting our customers to achieve their home ownership goals. As New Build Sales Progressor, you’ll meet (and exceed!) our sales targets and department key performance indicators as you deliver a fantastic experience to customers who are purchasing one of our new build homes.
You’ll be the crucial link between our sales and legal teams, financial advisors and purchasers, ensuring smooth sales progression from reservation to completion.
Typical day as a New Build Sales Progressor (known internally by us as Persona Sales Progressor)
- Managing ongoing sales activity, progressing sales and achieving targets across our 4 regions of sales operation. Supporting our Sales Executives and Sales Managers in achieving sales targets.
- Working closely with internal and external legal teams to assist in progressing sales to exchange of contracts. You’ll communicate effectively with our Sales team and Project teams as well as external stakeholders such as financial advisors, working together to achieve exchange of contracts in a timely manner for all.
- Guiding customers through the new build property purchase process for both private sale and shared ownership. You will be in regular contact with our customers, ensuring they have a brilliant experience throughout their home buying journey.
- Keeping complete and accurate records of notes and documents on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Involvement in the initial site set up of each sales scheme to allow for seamless sales progression process on eventual instruction of sale.

You bring
- A property sales background, with experience across marketing and sales. An understanding of the mortgage process, financial assessments involved in outright and affordable home ownership schemes.
- You’ll have an understanding of the legal conveyance process involved when buying and/or selling homes.
- Be a people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills. You’ll be a great organiser and driver, who gets where our customers are in their lives!
- Comfortable working with digital marketing media or can quickly learn and comfortable using computer packages to keep accurate records.

Job details
- 37.5 hours per week. You’ll manage your own diary. If you need a break to take delivery of your new fridge or take a longer lunch for a haircut, you can use your flexi time to manage that!
- This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend a minimum of 2 days in the office, others working at home or across our property locations where required.
- Able to use technology for keeping accurate records, online advertising and marketing, producing reports and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
