My Public Sector Client based in Lichfield is looking for an Executive Officer to support their team. This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. This role is paying £14.71 per hour. The role is currently working on a hybrid model, with 60% onsite and the other 40% home working, please note they will require you to attend fully on site for the first few weeks for training.

Key responsibilities are outlines below:

• Processing of business cases or gathering evidence to provide clear recommendation to the approving authority.
• Maintain Workforce data for all positions, providing funding, affordability and risk statements as appropriate.
• Reconcile the Workforce master data set, on a monthly basis, with HR system reports and the Workforce Change Log, investigating any anomalies identified.
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc management information, analysis and insights of the Workforce position which includes HR systems data. Engage with stakeholders to understand and discuss findings.
• Liaise with colleagues across the Workforce & People, Finance and Commercial teams as well as business areas to collect and analyse relevant information and obtain clarity where required.
• In accordance with Finance instructions and timelines, support in the delivery of the Workforce annual Budget Cycle Planning and Budget Setting exercises. This could involve activities such as; analysing, reconciling and inputting data, preparing reports, engaging with the business and Finance Business Partner team to enhance payroll and workforce strength forecasting.
• Contribute to the Business Management Team customer service approach and support the wider team development and knowledge, team ethos and well-being. Take responsibility for personal professional development, skills, behaviours and well-being.
• Oversee Thank you Scheme Processing and administrative support to Income generation contracts

You will be expected to be self-motivated, confident, switched on and highly organised with great attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with stakeholders of all levels within their organisation, so strong administration experience is essential. Strong MS applications are also required for this role.

This role will require a DBS and three years referencing to be in place.

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• Day shift: £12.14ph
• Night shift: £13.36ph
• If you work on Reach trucks, there is a bonus of 38p-41p per hour
• If you work on VNA trucks, there is a bonus of 76p-84p per hour

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• 3 days on, 3 days off (12 hours)
• Day shift from 6am until 6pm
• Night shift from 6pm until 6am

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

Main duties are but not limited to:

• Primarily using PPT/LLOP trucks
• Upskill training to use Reach and VNA trucks
• Using pick equipment to complete order before transporting to loading
• Loading and unloading of deliveries
• Picking orders within set time frames, ensuring all picking standards have been met
• Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 20 kilos as part of the picking process. Items are grocery products
• Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail.
• Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning and be able to react positively to day-to-day challenges

Job Description:
This role is the main user-facing role in CTSC and will provide an accessible and inclusive service to users, providing clear signposting and guidance to all users, coaching them in the use of the online platform and providing information to resolve their queries and processing/updating high-volume case details accurately and efficiently. They will deal with the immediate, short-term needs of service users. Duties will include but not be limited to

• Provide professional friendly support and guidance to users of online services via a variety of channels (telephone, webchat, email), in line with quality standards, to ensure the delivery of a high quality user-focused service on a daily basis and deliver a service focused on quality as well as timeliness
• Triage users to relevant services, using HMCTS prescribed service scripts and knowledge base on a daily basis, to ensure users get the right information they need at the right time, so that everyone understands what is needed and what will happen
• Jurisdiction-related administration using HMCTS predefined protocols and processes to process non-automated work
• Undertake case-readiness assessment and progress the case to the next phase, and providing information to allow users to understand what the next stage is and what they can expect next
• Identify users requiring extra/different support and undertaking basic assessment of users' Assisted Digital needs, in accordance with procedure and referring suitable cases to a third party supplier on a daily basis, to ensure users understand and can participate in the new digital process
• To handle, and where possible resolve, first contact user complaints in accordance with predefined HMCTS policy and procedures so that users feel they have been listened to and that their complaint has been handled fairly. Update the CRM system so details do not have to be repeated to a different CTSC Support Officer
• Read relevant Knowledge articles to maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of processes and systems, to be able to provide users with the right information, when they need it with no delay or confusion
• Proactively engage with HMCTS workforce planning / shift allocation tools to ensure business requirements are being met
• Work as part of the team in considering continuous improvements necessary for effective delivery and feeding these into the wider CI channels
