• Knowledge in electrical wiring drawing.
• Programming knowledge in C#, Visualbasic, C++ and ladder logic programming.
• Troubleshoot product related error.
• Travel outstation to support product's issue at customer side.
• Self starter and able to work independently.

As a AIRCRAFT PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC, WG-8268-10, duties include:

1. Utilizing electrical wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics and technical publications, determines extent and type of preventative and/or repair maintenance required. Performs organizational and intermediate maintenance on aircraft fuel systems, components, and equipment to include fuel cells, drop tanks, regulators, pumps, relief valves and fuel accessories. Also performs required maintenance activities associated with time compliance technical orders (TCTC) involving aircraft fuel systems, inflight refueling systems and related components.

2. Connects power sources, and using cockpit controls, gauges and additional precision instruments, performs operational and functional checks of inflight refueling, single point refueling and fuel transfer systems and related valves, pumps, switches, selectors, and control devices.

3. Performs leak check of aircraft fuel systems by visual inspection or by removal of panels and dye tracing fuel leaks. Determines serviceability of fuel cell sealant and replaces it when required. Examines faulty components and determines feasibility of repair, replacement and/or need for submitting unsatisfactory reports. Repairs, reassembles, and installs fuel system components and performs operational tests using bench and other related test equipment.

4. Diagnoses and overhauls fuel accessories by disassembling, cleaning, and examining parts for corrosion, scratches, cracks or other damage. Replaces gaskets and worn parts, reassembles accessories, adjusts and tests to insure proper operation in accordance with standards in technical data. Controls entry into fuel cell repair areas.

5. Prepares for and participates in various types of readiness evaluations such as ORI, IG, and DE inspections, mobility, and command support exercises. May be required to perform such additional duties as structural fire fighting, aircraft fire/crash/rescue duty, security guard, snow removal, munitions loading and handling, heavy equipment operator, maintenance of facilities and equipment, or serve as a member of a team to cope with natural disasters or civil emergencies.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.

As a AIRCRAFT ELECTRICIAN, WG-2892-10, duties include:

1.) Performs maintenance, inspects, modifies, tests, services, troubleshoots, isolates malfunctions, and repairs the aircraft electrical/environmental systems and other aircraft systems. Performs maintenance and functional checks of main and emergency current generating systems, solid state direct current transformer rectifiers, external power monitors, ground power switching, circuit protection, load distribution, relay networks, interior/exterior lighting, landing gear control/position, audible/visual warning, engine starting, jet fuel starter, engine test cell instruments and controls, electronic components of flight controls, anti-ice, anti-skid, air conditioning, pressurization, heat, vent, cooling turbines, bleed air components, etc. Performs intermediate maintenance on cryogenic storage containers. Maintains and operates various types of test equipment such as digital and analog multimeters, frequency meters, constant speed drive test stands, voltmeters, ammeters, etc. Performs precise and advanced wiring maintenance procedures on aircraft and debriefs aircrews on the electrical/environmental systems. Clears Red "X" conditions.

2.)Provides technical advice and troubleshooting expertise to other work centers as needed when electrical or environmental systems affect the aircraft systems such as radar, weapons release,navigation, communication, instruments, flight controls, pneudraulics, fuel or other systems/subsystems.

3.) Provides on-the-job training to lower graded personnel or to newly assigned personnel regardless of grade.

4.) Requisitions, processes, and accounts for supply assets as required by the repairable processing system. Documents maintenance actions and time accounting on maintenance forms and/or computer systems such as CEMS/CAMS. Maintains technical publications such as wiring diagrams and schematics, maintenance procedures and management forms.

5.) Complies with safety, fire, security, and housekeeping regulations and ensures that material and equipment are properly stored, protected, maintained and secured.

6.) May be required to perform duties as accumulation point manager for hazardous waste.

7.) Prepares for and participates in various types of readiness evaluations such as MEI, ORI, IG and UE inspections, mobility and command support exercises. May be required to perform suchadditional duties as structural fire fighting, aircraft fire/crash/rescue duty, security guard, snow removal, munitions loading and handling, heavy equipment operator, maintenance of facilities and equipment, or serve as a member of a team to cope with natural disasters or civil emergencies.

8.) Performs other duties as assigned.

As a SHEET METAL MECHANIC (AIRCRAFT), WG-3806-8/10, duties include:

(1) Independently inspects aircraft and determines the nature and extent of repairs to be made, using applicable technical orders as guidelines. Works directly on the aircraft and its components, fulfilling such tasks as removal, repair, modification and installation of parts and assemblies, such as frames, stringers, longerons, bulkheads, beams, ribs, spars, skin, cowling, brackets, faring, access doors, panels and other related items. May be required to clear red "X" conditions.

(2) Repairs cracks in aircraft skin. Fabricates and fits patches to damaged areas, determining repair detail necessary to retain or restore original strength. Fits and trims components to aircraft such as landing gear doors, control surfaces, flaps access doors and other assemblies. Seals structures to make them pressure, water and weather tight.

(3) Troubleshoots aircraft structural repair situations in such areas as fuselage, tails, wings, cowlings, and stabilizers. Removes, forms, fits, and installs highly stressed and double contoured skins, using hand or powered drilling and cutting tools and other metal working equipment. Determines shear and bearing load factors during rivet replacement. Installs heads up, regular, heat treated, high shear, and blind type aircraft rivets and fasteners, using pneumatic riveters, special tools and bucking bars. Removes damaged or broken fasteners and receptacles.

(4) Aligns and balances component structures and air frame using precision measuring instruments and levels. Performs metal-to-metal bonding where delamination of surfaces and core material occurs in control surfaces.

(5) Inspects damage or deterioration and determines repair or replacement of plastic, fiberglass, composites, bonded structures, and bonded honeycomb assemblies using powered and nonpowered tools and equipment. Repairs or replaces retaining frames and installs plastic laminated blanks. Designs and constructs forming fixtures.

(6) Manufactures and ensures that metal tubing, conduits and cables are fabricated and tested in accordance with drawings and specifications. Fabricates and repairs flexible control cables.

(7) Performs fabrication of local manufactured items requited for aircraft and equipment. Work includes layout, bending, cutting, forming and assembling. Devise and calculates patterns employing the principles of triangulation, radial and parallel line development.

(8) Sets up and operates power shears, brakes, rolls, dimpling machines, drill presses, saws, portable powered tools, specific detection and measuring equipment, and other metal working equipment, including use of other tools of the trade. Requisitions necessary supplies and equipment for the activity.

(9) Performs other duties assigned.
