Complete urgent and routine patient assessments. Undertake the comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients, including those with a complex presentation, using clinical reasoning skills. Assess patient understanding of physiotherapy intervention and work within a legal framework with patients who lack the capacity to consent to treatment. Formulate individualised management and treatment plans, utilising a wide range of treatment skills and options to deliver specialised programmes of care. Contribute to education and in service training of physiotherapists, health care professionals, physiotherapy students, carers, and assistants in physiotherapeutic management. This includes contribution to CPD of the MDT. Contribute to the supervision of technical instructors, assistants, and students.
