SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The purpose of this position is to provide trained and qualified Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control (C2) warriors to augment MAJCOM deployable AOCs worldwide at the operational level of war. The state mission is to provide support to civil authorities, as directed by the Governor, for disaster relief, public safety, search and rescue, and civil defense, and Continuity of Operations. Must be trained and ready to function in a senior level position in a coalition AOC reporting to the C/JFACC at the 3-star level. Accordingly, must direct all actions that prepare unit members to perform at the operational level of war in an AOC. Responsibility to possess a working knowledge of all Air Force Weapon Systems and their capabilities, as well as a clear understanding of the systems and capabilities of other DOD components, NATO nations, and other coalition partners. This mastery level knowledge is required to sustain the development and execution of a daily Air Tasking Order for a minimum of 30 days at 500 missions per day. Due to the unique mission of the, C-MAJCOM, this PD cannot be used in any other organization.

Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as HQ PACAF Program Manager (PM) for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training, and Combat Training Range Program (CTRP) Analyst, and the Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) Instructor Pilot (IP) contract manager. Plan, organize, and determine necessary programs, policies, regulations, directives, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of MAJCOM tactical and operational level training programs. Military rated experience is highly desired.

Duties:

• Applying military rated aviator experience (highly desired), analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s).
• Provides Quality Assurance and Functional Director oversight to HQ PACAF O&M and logistics support contracts that directly support LVC training capabilities for PACAF forces.

Primary duties of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Clinical Supervisor will be to:

• Serve as the Clinical Supervisor for FAP providing direct oversight, comprehensive non-medical counseling, and case management services. Provide expert advice and guidance on precedent-setting situations or problems with potentially serious consequences.
• Provide Family Advocacy services for active duty, retired military members, their families, and others as authorized by Department of Defense (DOD) policy. Services may include: comprehensive non-medical counseling, intake, and screening, case management, individual, marital, group, and family services.
• Screen, evaluate and provide counseling for individuals as indicated by interviews and assessment methods based upon expert research in associated fields. Exercise independent judgment to apply expertise in conducting initial assessments to match an individual's needs to the most appropriate resources.
• Assess individuals, couples, and families and determine service plans. Plan, develop and implement programs designed to foster positive healthy relationships within the family structure. Develop and maintain professional standards of service, community referral resources and a close network with the clinical staff of other service providers.
