The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

• Distributes, balances, monitors and reports on workload in accordance with established workflow or job specialization. Assures equitable distribution among employees and timely accomplishment of assigned work load.
• Amends or rejects work not meeting established standards and refers to supervisor any problems on meeting performance standards.
• Maintains current knowledge of procedures, policies and directives; answers questions; and provides both classroom and OJT instruction to employees.

• Performs administrative duties in the absence of the manager.

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all Logistics Assistance Program (LAP) logistical activities for a wide customer base across a large area of responsibility.
• Provide the technical direction and leadership in performing supervisory duties including assigning work to subordinates based on priorities difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
• Determine LAP program goals and develops plans for the organization independently of or jointly with other LAD managers.
• Provide both general and specific advice to commanders of Major Army Units on TACOM LCMC equipment-related logistics issues

As a Supervisory Archives Specialist, you will:

• Negotiate with and assist other agencies in planning, directing, and coordinating a wide range of services on all holdings of the facility, which involves numerous record groups from federal agencies in a multi-state area.
• Supervise a subordinate section staff by making recommendations on determining personnel resource requirements and selection of personnel; changes in workflow and operating procedures; quality review programs; disciplinary actions; establishment, issuance, and application of performance standards for performance appraisals and award recommendations.
• Develop and implement plans and procedures to maximize space utilization. Conduct and document studies to determine adequacy of space, facilities, and equipment for the storage and servicing of records in the facility.
• Review ARCIS disposal reports, and associated documents, to ensure that all accessions listed on the reports are properly scheduled and eligible for disposal.

• Provides legal assistance, advice, and representation in support of DoDEA and its regional leadership
• Represents DoDEA in hearings and other administrative proceedings before the EEOC, MSPB, and FLRA and represents DoDEA management in grievance proceedings.

As a Workforce and Career Development Specialist you will:

• Participate with the Workforce and Career Development Advisor, Management Officer, and Centers/Institutes/Offices (CIO) senior leadership in the implementation of workforce planning, evaluation, and development program goals and objectives.
• Participate in the planning, formulation, and implementation of a comprehensive employee development program associated with short-and long-range workforce planning, including activities in competency and skills assessment, training and career development, awards and recognition, workforce planning and organizational design.
• Perform a variety of strategic workforce analysis projects and evaluation services on behalf of the Workforce and Career Development Advisor, Management Officer, and leadership.
• Conduct studies relating to such factors as turnover, workforce planning initiatives, workforce analysis, restructuring, mission and technology to identify workforce dynamics, trends and anticipated changes that may impact training requirements.

• You will serve as an ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT REPAIRER in the INDUSTRIAL PLANT EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES SHOP (06B) of the TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY (TRIREFFAC) located in KINGS BAY, GA.
• You will troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical/electronic components and systems of machines and industrial plant equipment (IPE) used in various TRIREFFAC facilities to support submarine refit operations.
• You will plan and design the layout of electrical/electronic components such as disconnects, fuse blocks, terminal boards, magnetic starters, hour meters, etc. to affect the proper operation of machines or systems.
• You will perform verification tests on electrical and electronic machinery and equipment repaired/maintained to certify proper safe operations.
• You will perform related duties including quality control coordination tasks required to ensure the quality of products/services resulting from work performed.

• Reviews and assesses the impact of changes in policy, resource allocations, personnel authorizations, adjustments to training loads, and emerging training requirements to avoid deficiencies/constraints in the Signal School training program.
• Negotiates for adequate resources to accomplish current and future operational missions.
• Coordinates with the CCOE G-3/5/7, elements of US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Headquarters, the chief information officer (CIO)/G-6, and Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM).
• Conducts monthly reconciliation meetings with CCOE’s Directorate of Resource Management (DRM) G-8 to ensure effective allocation, distribution, and execution of funds.
• Reviews training programs, initiatives, and future training requirements, advising the Signal School Headquarters on resources required, resources programmed, and any gaps/constraints to meet the Signal School training program.
• Reviews and edits narrative justifications for projected funding needs, ensuring requested data and information is concisely and accurately organized, compiled, and presented.

As a Management and Operations Specialist you will:

• Serve as the Deputy Administrative Officer for a division assisting with the planning, coordinating, and directing all administrative activities - including human capital management, time and attendance and procurements.
• Develop, initiate, and implement administrative policies and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Assist with distribution of workload, provide technical assistance, review work products and ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
• Serve as primary liaison with the Office of Human Resources
• Serve as backup HRSD coordinator, managing all aspects of position management.
• Alternate Division CCPS Approving Official. Review all procurement requests for accuracy and compliance with procurement guidelines.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Knowledge of basic procedures, medical records, medical terminology, and knowledge of Physical Therapy(PT) and Occupational Therapy(OT) data collection, knowledge of basic prosthetics.
• Knowledge of issues related to patient safety and skill in their application to endure that patient and staff are not subjected to unnecessary risk during their treatment.
• Responsible for technical and administrative aspects of the assignments.
• The Health Technician is responsible for determining the methods to perform assigned duties.
• The Health Technician consults with PT/ OT for technical advice.
• Positions patients as appropriate and cleans work area (soiled linen and equipment) following treatment session.
• Prepares patients for wound management evaluation and/or treatment using proper techniques of safe transport, infection control, positioning and draping, and procedures appropriate supplies and equipment.
• Adjust, instructs and issues assistive devices for ambulation and assist in instruction of patient in proper use, care and safety of same.
• Assists in measuring and adjusting wheelchairs and instructs patients in proper use, care, and safety of same.
• Performs nontechnical maintenance of equipment to prevent malfunction and maintains treatment area in a safe, orderly manner.
