What you’ll do:
- To operate an efficient Help-desk facility in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. - Handling incoming and outgoing calls. - Act as Facilities Management first point of contact for client and Sodexo staff. - Raising, tracking and chasing completion of work orders on the Maximo CAFM system. - Providing a seamless customer experience. |
What you bring:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant is a bonus

Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

Strong organisational skills and multi tasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications in business admin is a plus, but certainly not essential
