• Maintain accounting records/subsidiary ledgers for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, payments, income, liabilities, payroll, assets, and equipment.

• Distribute and balance the workload among the dental assistants in accordance with established work flow, assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload, and assure that each employee has enough work to keep busy.
• Under the direct supervision of the Dental Director or licensed provider (when on the floor), the dental assistant assists the dentist or dental hygienist to perform all preventive, periodontal, restorative, pediatric, endodontic, surgical, and prosthetic.

Responsible for the distribution of all high voltage electrical loads including switch gear, transformers and metering devices.

In addition to the efficient operation and maintenance of the institution boilers, air conditioning equipment, water, sewage and electricity generation and distribution, responsible for replacing and or repairing thousands of feet of steel piping, expansion joints and hangers.
