• Removing chocolate trays ready for packing
• Toppings, decorations as required depending on product.
• Following instruction sheets and diagrams.
• Hand packing chocolates and assembling boxes.
• Assorting prepacked and assembling orders, using the acetate to wrapped chocolates ready for dispatch in warehouse.

This post is a key position in the general management structure in the division providing support to the Divisional Director and Divisional Director of Operations for Surgery, Anaesthetics, Critical Care and Associate Services (SACCAS).

Reporting to the Divisional Director of Operations, the General Manager will be responsible for the operational leadership, delivery and performance of services in line with expected objectives, Policies and governance processes for service and clinical quality, business planning, financial (Income & Expenditure) plans and budget management. Applications are invited for to apply for the Registrar in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at North Middlesex University Hospital in North London.

The successful candidate will undertake both trauma and elective work, joining along with 9x Consultants, 2x Associate Specialists, 9x Specialty Doctors, 3x Specialist Registrars, 4x Foundation Year 2's, 4x Trust Doctors , and 2x Foundation Year 1 Doctors.
The post holder will be expected to provide Registrar grade cover on a rotational shift basis throughout general surgery; and, participate in the on-call registrar rota. Expected to supervise the FY1s in service delivery, inpatients, and day services. And, provide a rapid response to A&E to facilitate the 4 hour trolley-wait target – during the on call shift will be available solely for emergency duties.
The department is a well-functioning and cohesive unit that provides essential services to the local population consistent with its location in a District General Hospital. There is an approximate 50:50 split between Trauma and Elective work. The hospital does not receive multiple or serious trauma cases as those are moved directly to the specialised trauma centres in the Trauma network. We see approximately 150 fracture necks of femur and the majority of our remaining trauma work comprises isolated femoral, tibial, forearm, upper arm and ankle fractures. The department refers suspected tumours to the Unit at RNOH, Stanmore. Spinal problems with neural issues are referred to the Royal London. We work closely with our Radiology colleagues through weekly MDTs on Wednesdays (1230).


· Provide doctor cover on a rotational shift basis throughout trauma and orthopaedic surgery.• On-call is 1:10 with cross cover with urology.

To assist in the planning, organisation and implementation of resuscitation training and education both within the Trust and to external organisations, in accordance with the guidelines of the Trust, the Resuscitation Council (UK) and the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation. To assist in the planning, organisation and implementation of resuscitation and deteriorating patient simulation education programmes using high and low fidelity simulators and other relevant equipment. The post holder will work with a wide range of staff both internally and externally in accordance with the guidelines of the Trust. To work as a member of the cardiac arrest team providing specialist clinical advice, including specific advice on and interpretation of complex documentation and procedures on clinical and related professional issues. To attend cardiac arrests/emergency situations, involving adults, paediatrics and trauma patients both leading and operating as a team member as required. To participate in research and audit in relation to Resuscitation. To participate in trials and evaluations of resuscitation equipment across the Trust. Ability to direct Resuscitation Council (UK) and Advanced Life Support Group Courses
