They seek an experienced, caring and easy going candidate who has a basic understanding of child development. They prefer someone who could speak the Portuguese language.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, approximately 39 hours per week

Duties include:

responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the children
playing with the children and taking them to the park
reading to and playing with the children
helping with homework
implementing daily routines
tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
washing clothes and unloading the laundry and organising clothes for the child
providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
