Demonstrable experience as an administrator, preferably related to similar activities with other public sector organisations or within the voluntary sector. A working knowledge of MS Office would be advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DEPENDING ON THE ROLE)
Teacher - Qualified or Unqualified: Teachers are qualified to both plan and deliver lessons. In long term positions they can be required to plan and mark.
Cover Supervisor: As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise lessons where the work has already been planned (usually by the absent teacher).

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to exercise a high degree of patient care in a setting outside of the typical high street practice. This service provides care to adults and children who are potentially vulnerable, and have additional needs that could not be met in typical high street practice- the role would be well-suited to a dentist who values spending time with their patients and providing care to those most in need. Due to the nature of the role, the scope of clinical treatment is limited to more routine treatments available on the NHS. You will see a mix of both registered patients under the care of the service for all routine dentistry, and referrals (typically from GP) who will attend for a one off, particular course of treatment. Many of these patients at some time or another will require sedation, therefore all clinicians within the service are provided with accredited sedation training, and there will be regular opportunity to utilise these skills.

The service is provided out of two well-equipped dental surgeries situated in a medical centre, and is fully equipped to handle a range of additional needs including a hoist, wheelchair and bariatric bench. In addition to working out of these surgeries, dental officers will also be required to provide domiciliary care to certain patients where appropriate, there would also be travel required occasionally to other parts of the wider county for staff meetings, and training.

This position is an employed role, offering a salary band between £47,653-£71,479 (pro-rata) dependent on experience - candidates younger in their career or new to community care will be well-supported by a well-established network of clinicians, and support staff. Full time permanent position for a Store Manager based in Boston. This would be working 40 hours per week on a rota basis covering Monday to Saturday. Holiday entitlement 28 days including Bank Holiday, however there is a requirement to work Good Friday.

Duties will include

Manage, motivate, train and develop staff in accordance HR Policies and Procedures and relevant employment legislation. (8 staff)
Manage and implement promotional strategies/activities.
Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with Company procedures.
Plan and implement store merchandising and layout, taking customer traffic flow into consideration, to present the right image and appearance in order to maximise sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary (HR & Training, Suppliers, Fire Service, Police, Local Council, HSE etc.)
Manage, maintain and report on Stock Levels of merchandise and non–merchandise stock.
Ensure all equipment, fixtures and fittings of the store are maintained and in good condition.
Manage Health, Safety, Security and Emergency systems within the store ensuring staff and customer awareness and in accordance with Company policy and relevant legislation.
Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge.
Continuously develop and maintain awareness of competitor activity and pricing strategy.
Plan staff rotas and ensure staffing levels are adequate and within budgeted hours.
Any other duties as directed by the Retail Development Manager.
Previous Management or Supervisory experience within retail is essential for this position. Other requirements include; strong leadership and communication skills, experience in computerised stock ordering, merchandising, cash balancing etc, excellent customer service skills, good numeracy and literacy skills as well as being computer literate.
