• 探索新市场、搜索和寻找新客户或新帐户。

• 负责制定指定区域的销售计划和策略，并负责实现销售目标。

• 深入了解公司的产品范围、计划和方向，以扩大与现有客户的业务并建立新客户以占领市场份额。

• 建立有关产品潜力、定价结构、竞争对手活动和消费模式的市场知识。

• 积极响应市场对公司产品的需求，发现增长机会并提供市场所需的产品。

• 管理和建立与客户的关系，就产品要求、定价、分销、物流和促销机制进行谈判。

• 响应客户需求，主动解决冲突，为客户提供有效的解决方案。

• 确保及时向客户收取货款。

• 能够在最少的监督下独立工作。

• 公司管理层要求的任何其他临时职责。

要求：

• 至少2年销售工作经验(FMCG)（食品销售领域）。

• 高度的干劲、积极的态度和强烈的学习欲望。

• 良好的谈判技巧，能够提供卓越的客户体验。

• 良好的人际交往能力和高效的团队合作精神以及良好的沟通技巧。

• 拥有自己的交通工具。

• 通晓华语者为佳。

• 工作地点有多项选择（槟城 / 怡保 / 吉隆坡 ）。
