A General Manager (Sales) to join our Asia Pacific team.

You will be responsible for managing the Asia Pacific sales team (excluding China) to focus on revenue growth.

The candidate should be a self-motivated and growth-orientated professional with good connections and knowledge of the PCBA Electronics industry. You should have worked in sales of materials or equipment for the Surface Mount Technology in the region. Experience & knowledge:

• Must have proven experience of 5-8 years in PBCA manufacturing equipment area or related electronics manufacturing automation equipment field.
• Strong knowledge of surface mount technology, semicon and automation equipment ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cultural & market diversity in the Asia region, industry trends and innovation in manufacturing technology.
• At least 8-10 years’ direct experience in sales management of capital equipment in PCBA industry to OEMs and EMS with relationships with key decision makers an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers.
• Candidates without the above experiences pre-requisites will be rejected.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A good degree in electronic/electrical/mechanical engineering and an MBA or business qualification a plus point.
