We are looking to employ a Regional Maths Director for the south west region. Within this post, you will be based out of Broadlands Academy four days per week and the fifth day you will be based out of one of our other secondary schools in the south west (which include New Forest Academy, Ryde Academy and Winton Community Academy). This is an ideal post for a strong mathematician with high ambitions; we warmly welcome applications from current heads of department or seconds in charge who are looking to become an integral and valued member of our school and trust team. Within this role, you will be working closely with four secondary schools to accelerate improvement and raise standards across Maths.

The context:
You will spend the majority of your time within Broadlands Academy in Keynsham. This is a small secondary school (452 students) that is embarking on a period of lasting transformation. Within a smaller school, your presence and skills have a huge impact upon your colleagues and students.
