Undertaking the lead role relating to the management of all Car Parking Strategy, tactical and Operational needs in support of its Colleagues, Patients and Visitors, focusing on the Management of a finite delivery procedure enabling smooth operation of the Parking Experience for all.

Holding primary responsibility for production, custodian, and implementation of UHL Car Park Policy and well as the custodian of the development deployment and delivery of the Car Park Management System (CPMS) and the associated field Equipment.

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

Managing contracts for and highlighting issues with services i.e., cleaning, gardening, window cleaning etc. Ensuring the staff implement the practice wide approach to the management of all patient services matters Lead the management of the Patient Participation Group Secondary responsibilities: In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Assistant Practice Manager may be requested to: Deputise for the Practice Manager Ensure all staff are aware of the management of the premises, including health and safety aspects and undertake risk assessments and mandatory training as required Monitor and disseminate information on safety alerts and other pertinent information Brief clinicians on performance levels, advising actions to ensure high achievement across all QOF areas Identify trends and devise solutions to reduce risk and repeated occurrences of significant events Develop, implement and embed the practice audit programme (in conjunction with the lead nurse) Support the Practice Manager in the reviewing and updating of practice policies and procedures Support the practice and management team with continuous improvement and change initiatives

You will need to have administrative experience of working in a busy Switchboard/Helpdesk environment and the ability to manage a busy workload and to prioritise. You should be able to demonstrate excellent inter personal and communication skills and have the ability to forge and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff, the ability to develop and lead effective teams, work to tight deadlines with a can do attitude. The role will need strong leadership abilities and you must have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to inspire and lead a team. As a Team Leader, you will be the contact point for all Team Members, so you communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure the smooth running of the Team Operations and effective collaborations. Ultimately you should lead by setting good standards and engage the Team in achieving our goals.

Ensure that the delivery of care to own patients and for all patients when in charge meet the standards determined by the Ward/Unit Manager and the Standards for Better Health. Share responsibility with the Ward/Unit Manager to ensure that the highest standards of infection prevention and control are practiced at all times. Contribute to the development of CMG and Trust policies, procedures and clinical guidelines and ensure compliance of self and others. Take due regard of the importance of the effect and consequence of the ward/care environment with regard to its physical, psychological and social effects on patients and care delivery. Promote, develop and implement patient and public involvement activities in the ward area, leading to service improvement. Ensure that self and team members act at all times to provide a personalised service to patients in accordance with agreed standards and promote quality, diversity and rights. Contribute to setting, maintaining and monitoring of standards of care to the optimum level and lead the improvement of care, through benchmarking, audit and research.
