Main Responsibilities

• Support the business to document their key risks and controls, ensuring the regular review of Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and performance of internal control testing are undertaken effectively by the 1st line. Supporting the annual assessment of the internal risk and control environment.

• Facilitating the identification, development and deployment of appropriate risk management tools, techniques and processes to ensure risk management across the BU / areas of the business I support are value added and support the strategic objectives of Saga. Peripatetic Manager

Key Activities:

To act as a peripatetic manager in services that require support. Overall management of services in need and coordination with Service Improvement Managers to improve the service and or meet regulatory/ Contract/ Compliance requirements.

The Role

• A typical week consists of 48hrs Sunday to Thursday.

As the Assistant Wellbeing and Fitness Manager, you will play a key role within the Champneys family and will be responsible for assisting the manager in the day to day running of the fitness department and the club facilities with a personal interest in all club members and residential guests.
