To work as part of the Dietetic & Nutrition Service and the Childrens Service, based at the Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital (LRI), University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL NHS Trust). To deliver 0.8wte Paediatric Gastroenterology service to Consultant MDT outpatient clinics, dietetic led coeliac disease outpatient clinics, inpatients and day case patients. To be an expert senior specialist dietitian within Paediatric Gastroenterology for children on nutrition and diet treatment To lead on the organisation and management of patients admitted to the LRI and other sites under Paediatric Gastroenterology, ensuring nutrition and diet care is prioritised and maintained where possible. To work as an expert, autonomous and senior specialist dietitian in Paediatric Gastroenterology and share local and national developments across the service and externally at national and international level.

Mentor and guide the team to provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals, managers, and staff members. Manage team workload and set tasks for them to ensure skills are utilised and the team run efficiently. Become a SystmOne mentor so staff can look for you for support and guidance. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and staff members. Pro actively look at clinic capacity and change appointment slots or add/remove clinics depending on demand. Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts. Lead team meetings and take minutes where required. Prepare briefs to update senior management as required. Organise/book meetings and events with attention to detail.
