Rowan Ward in Prospect Park Hospital is a mixed 20 bed Ward that provides care for older adults with mainly dementia and other mental health conditions such as depression. Based in Reading, located close to the amenities of the town centre and a leafy park, the ward works closely with patients and families to help them to identify their needs and participate actively in their care, providing a place of empathy, kindness, and compassion.

They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a clinical role and will have senior leadership responsibilities. They will manage a team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians across the 3 practices. They will provide clinical supervision, training, support and mentorship. They will set objectives within the team that match both the professional development of each team member and the priorities of the three surgeries. They will develop the clinical skills of the Pharmacy Team within their scope of practice and allocate work accordingly, with direction from the 3 practices. Theywill take responsibility for areas of chronic disease management within the practice and undertake clinical medication reviews to proactively manage patients with complex polypharmacy, especially for older people, people in residential care homes and those with multiple co-morbidities. They will provide primary support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries. They will help support the repeat prescriptions system, deal with acute prescription requests, medicine reconciliation on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patients in the GP practices. They will provide clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement, manage some aspects of the quality and outcomes framework and enhanced services and contribute to the delivery of the local medicines optimisation strategy. They will ensure that the practices liaise with community and hospital pharmacy to help utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes, ensure better access to healthcare and help manage workload. The Berkshire Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (EIP) is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic band 6 mental health practitioner to join their innovative and dynamic team. The EIP team is specialist service, with teams embedded within each locality. The team work with individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis or who are presenting with an at-risk mental state, between the ages of 18 to 65.

We operate a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm service, although some flexibility is required. This advert is for a role covering Reading, based at Prospect House.

You will work with our integrated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychological therapists, and STR workers to empower and support our clients to understand their experiences and return to college, university or employment. We work with our clients for up to 3 years and the majority do get transferred back to their GP, therefore it is a rewarding team to work with.
• To act as named worker, offering evidence based interventions for psychosis, under the supervision of the Clinical Lead. The role is focused on working collaboratively with the client and their family/friends on their recovery, developing a relapse management plan.
• To undertake comprehensive assessment of health and social needs together with the client and their family to implement a plan of care and provision of NICE recommended interventions.
• To work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the client has a comprehensive and holistic care plan to meet their well being needs.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced full-time Senior Mental Health Act Administrator to support in the provision of an effective administration service within our busy Mental Health Act Team.

The Mental Health Act Administration team deliver both an efficient and effective service, ensuring that the Trust is fully compliant with the relevant aspects of the MHA 1983 and the Code of Practice 2015. The successful candidate will work as part of a motivated team supervising the Mental Health Act Administrators and ensuring the smooth running of the MHA administration office.

The role will involve, amongst other duties; corresponding with patients and their relatives, ensuring that accurate records are maintained, collating data and support reporting thus enabling the data to be used to its maximum potential. In addition, the role involves communicating professionally both within Berkshire Healthcare and externally with partner organisations; with multi-disciplinary teams, patients and carers, advocates, solicitors, the Mental Health Tribunal, Care Quality Commission, the police and social services and other public bodies.
• The post holder willbe responsible forleadingandsupervisingthe Mental Health Act Administrators in the legal administration of the Mental Health Act (MHA) 1983. This rolerequires highdegree of planning andorganisationalskillsto meet specific and tight deadlines.

Purpose
We are seeking an experienced full-time Senior Programme Administrator to join our Student Data & Operational Systems team. This includes scheduling of all of Henley’s taught Programmes using the CMIS software, always ensuring the integrity of timetabling data, manging change control processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the school.
Main duties and responsibilities
Timetabling
The Postholder will specifically be responsible for leading on Programme scheduling using CMIS, including:

- Manging a 3-year dataset on CMIS and manging an annual data roll over process.
- Inputting data into CMIS to create timetables for each cohort.
- Liaising with internal facilities teams and off-site venues to secure room bookings for events.
- Ensuring teaching resource is accurately recorded on CMIS.
- Providing reports and data and identify key trends and themes.
- Managing the change control process for scheduling at the request of stakeholders.
- Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders to respond to business requirements.
- Line managing a grade 4 resource.
- Continually looking for ways to improve the existing processes.

Evaluations
The post holder is responsible for:

- Managing the year-round evaluation processes for modules using the Evasys System.
- Ensuring all evaluations are scheduled and results are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Presenting evaluation data in an accessible and coherent way that will inform future programme enhancement to benefit the customer experience.
- Maintaining a results dashboard and preparing quarterly reports.
- Working with the University of Reading’s central functions to continue to explore further functionality of the Evasys system that will benefit wider stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior RF Antenna Design Engineer to help develop next generation of satellite communication antenna systems. Reporting to the Director, you will lead EM simulations, measurements, and analysis for dielectric lenses, feed antennas, and phased arrays. This role focuses on designing and optimising antennas using EM simulations and prototypes. Experience in phased arrays, transmit, RF lenses, microstrip antennas, and metamaterials is highly valuable. Knowledge of RF circuits, scripting, and RF measurement tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyse antennas (feed antennas, dielectric lenses, arrays, radomes).
Develop antennas for manufacturing and prototypes.
Analyse results using Matlab and Python to optimise models.
Lead or assist in antenna testing and measurements.
Present findings through reports and slides.

Requirements:

5 years in antenna design and analysis (lenses, phased arrays, radomes, beamforming).
Proficient in EM simulation tools like HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
