Position Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality talent acquisition, onboarding support and guidance to a variety of Schools and departments across the University in Vietnam. You will work closely with HRBP’s, Hiring Managers, Heads of Schools and Departments to understand their hiring needs and provide them with effective and innovative resourcing solutions. You will also ensure that the University follows the best practices in talent acquisition and attracts and recruits diverse and talented candidates who can contribute to the University's vision and mission.

Key Accountabilities

Partnership and communication

•     Build and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the business and externally

•     Partner with hiring managers and/or HR Business Partners to determine talent needs, develop and execute immediate and long-term recruitment strategies to meet unit business objectives and needs

•     Provide strategic recruitment consultation and proactive sourcing strategy to hiring managers to meet talent acquisition needs, positively influencing recruitment outcomes to ensure top talent is recruited to RMIT Vietnam.

•     Follow the established policies and procedures and communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment and selection process

•     Showcase RMIT Vietnam's employer brand and engage more potential candidates by managing and updating the recruitment content and messages on various platforms such as RMIT website, intranet, external sourcing channels, WorkDay, etc.

Talent Acquisition

•     Partnering with the business and across a range of key stakeholders create and provide innovative and sustainable talent acquisition solutions.

•     Managing full-cycle recruitment activities including job briefing, job advertisement, sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates, participating in panel interview with Hiring Managers and supporting final selection process, offer, reference checking, offer and onboarding.

•     Developing talent attraction, sourcing channel strategies and search strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool for assigned requisitions and future hiring demands, including but not limited to passive candidate sourcing using direct sourcing methods such as Boolean Search, LinkedIn networking, etc.

•     Managing and providing a positive candidate experience and maintaining responsive and effective communication with deep understanding of multinational cultures, candidate motivation, and expectation.

•     Work collaboratively with extended HR Team to ensure employment offers and other HR administration is completed and that the handover of new staff from Recruitment to HR Operations is seamless.

•     Provide advice and support relating to applicable recruitment regulatory requirements and compliance

•     Contribute to the continuous improvements of the recruitment process, systems and ways of working.

Reporting

•     Ensure data integrity is always maintained and regularly provide recommendations for system improvements.

•     Support analysis and reporting on different recruitment metrics including but not limited to sourcing channels, recruitment pipelines, onboarding, etc.

•     Contribute to budget planning activities and workforce planning projects as required

Coaching, mentoring and collaborating

•     Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to more junior members of the TA team and the wider HR team, to positively influence business outcomes and behaviours and to ensure ‘best practice’ is adhered to.

•     Provide training and guidance for new joiner to the TA Team

•     Support and collaborate with other team members to achieve their development goals with regards to recruitment related project activities.

Key Selection Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in field relevant to Human Resources.

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition working for highly matrixed international organisation

• Internal recruitment experience is desirable.

• Previous experience of guiding, advising and consulting with expatriate staff is essential.

• Ability to work strategically with hiring managers to forecast future recruitment needs and provide a wide range of sustainable sourcing solutions to ensure effective recruitment of both international and local candidates.

The Senior Executive plays a critical role in providing payroll administration support for the University.

Job Description

• Handle monthly payroll processing for both full time and part time staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

EEE is inviting applications for the position of Senior Research Engineer I. The Senior Research Engineer I (USRP and Experimental Platform Development) will be mainly responsible for the programming on Labview platform to support the USRP based wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for USRP based wireless communication system building and corresponding platform programming.

• Have solid background on wireless communication, especially for antenna design and microwave transmission.

Executive, Finance Operation, NTU Shared Service – Finance

This position is responsible for providing transactional and administrative support to ensure accurate, effective and efficient operations of Non-Supplier Invoice/Payment Processing. The Executive will carry out accounting tasks that are related to the actual efficient maintenance and processing of the university’s accounts payable and reimbursement transactions. Providing all these services effectively will ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date and that vendors and service providers are paid within established time limits.

Service Delivery:

• Verify invoices and payment requests are duly approved and comply with NTU financial policies and procedures.

• Data entry of invoice documents into accounting system.

• Resolve invoice/payment discrepancies and non-compliance cases related to Accounts Payable processing and escalate to NSS Accounts Payable Lead, if necessary.

• Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations e.g., withholding tax and accounting standards.

• Monthly WHT filing and submission to IRAS.

Operational Governance and Excellence:

• Follow up balance sheet accounts e.g., WHT Clearing, Advance Payment, AP Aging and etc to ensure aged items are cleared timely and expenditure are accounted correctly.

LKCMedicine EArly Researcher Network (LEARN) will be hosting a 3-day international conference in December 2024 organized by PhD and postdoctoral students, who are part of the Scientific Organizing Committee (SOC) & Local Organizing Committee (LOC). The Senior Executive is responsible for providing secretariat support to the Conference committee who are tasked with organizing the international conference. He/She will provide support to the committee, organize meetings with stakeholders of the conference.

Responsibilities:

• Work with external vendors (i.e Professional Conference Organizer) to ensure that items are prepared accordingly

• Work with internal stakeholders for in-house equipment/logistics

• Update the SOC and LOC and attend the meetings to take note of the actionable items to be incorporated in the programme

• Conference Secretariat - Schedule and organize regular meetings of the Steering Committee to discuss high-level event decisions and strategies

Logistics Support 

• Source for an appealing event backdrop and stage setup to enhance the visual impact of the conference

Reporting to the Head, Administration, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support for the Communication and Events (C&E) team. Responsibilities
