Job Purpose

Full-time position in Singapore to deliver teaching on the BEng degree programme in Mechanical Engineering offered jointly by the University of Glasgow (through the University of Glasgow Singapore (UGS)) and Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT); to engage in scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) in order to contribute to the advancement of the discipline and/or its teaching practice at course, degree programme, school, institution and profession and national levels; to undertake administrative and management tasks associated with University of Glasgow Singapore activities. · GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in HR/Business administration or related field

· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Administrative task.

· Excellent team player and highly dependable

· Ability to interact and work with staffs of all levels

· Pro-active attitude, responsive, able to multitask well & eye for details

· Ability to exercise initiative, work independently and under pressure

· Strong organizational skills

· Immediate availability

Accounts Assistant (Receivables)

Billing to various customers for services and stock
Preparation of event necessities
Cashbook updates
Customer and bank reconciliation
Response to email / call enquires on matters pertaining customer invoices and receipts
Maintaining proper documentation and filing
Improve and update Accounts Receivables SOP
Microsoft Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel a priority)
Google Sheets knowledge
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
