· Attend technical clarifications meeting and/or presentations with customers

· Perform Wake frequency calculations (WFC) calculation including Thermowell design recommendation

· Create and issue Wake frequency calculations (WFC) certificate per Sales request

· Provide technical advice to internal staff and customers

· Perform design, prepare technical drawings and documentation as per customer’s requirement

· Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer’s requirement

· Plan and establishes work schedules and gives direction to technical support engineers

· Provide advice to problem resolution

· Liaise with sales team for customers’ technical requirements and demands

· Provide technical advice to internal staff and customers

· Other technical or company process related activities that the manager would require

· Liaise with HQ person in-charge of explosion proof (ATEX, IECEx, FM Approval,) certification in case of changes to the design and technical documentation.

Candidates must be:

• 2D AutoCAD
• Experience Industrial Piping
• Instrumentation Background
• Comfortable to communicate with subsidiary in India and also Indian Drafter.

QC Documentations:

• Prepare certificate for the products as per requirement given in the order process.
• Maintain and filing QC documents (both hard and soft copies) like material certificates, Test reports, Job sheets, Drawings, Fumigation certificates.
• Arrange documents for FAT Inspection.
• Update the production schedule and heat numbers.
• Prepare the month end HOD report.
• Quality records and files need to maintain as per given retained period.
• Update revision on Quality records
• Control and update revision on safety and Environmental documents
• Co-ordinate with inter-departments to collect and share the information related work to meet the customer requirement on documentation.
• Co-ordinate with purchaser to send information related to sub-contractor jobs.

Admin:

• Attend to walk-in visitors and handle any incoming calls
• Ensure proper stock inventory for stationeries, printings and pantry supplies
• Liaise with Admin department on the maintenance of office equipment such as printers, shredders and etc.
• Attend to any ad-hoc administrative matters when required

• Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations with necessary specs and/or drawings within 48 hours.
• Maintain good relationship and liaise with customers.
• Involves in sales promotions and presentations.
• Advises on use and application of products, but detailed technical assistance is referred to the technical support.
• Liaising with customers on their shipment requirements and sales activities.
• Responsible for order processing and ensure delivery is made per customer’s request date.
• Responsible to follow up with overdue payments from customers.
• Responsible to report to Sales Manager
• Prepare sales related reports as requested by Sales manager.
• To maintain good after service for customers at all times.
• To Support Sales Executive/ Engineers/ Managers on any other sales related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support Technical department for any technical related queries from Sales or Production department.
• Follow Specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Liaise with Sales team to gather about product requirements and designs.
• Make further drawing revisions based on client requests.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and material requirements.
• Create detailed drawings with Computer-aided Design (Brics Cad) software.
• Prepare and review sketches to review them along with Sales Teams
• Identify and communicate potential design problems with the rest of the teams.
• Ensure final design drawings comply with regulations, quality standards and client specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering
• No working experience prior are also welcome.
• Good Knowledge in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be Detailed-Oriented and Meticulous in Drawing
