Assignment: Night Shift

Arch is seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to join our Global Internal Audit (“IA”) team as Senior Internal Auditor.  As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will gain hands-on experience with business and technology processes, risks, and controls. You will also build direct relationships with key business, technology, and audit leaders as part of your efforts to conduct risk assessments, develop process and control documentation, perform audit/testing procedures, and identify process and control improvement opportunities. The Senior Internal Auditor may also lead aspects of Internal Audit projects and/or Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) program activities. This position offers the opportunity to be a leader now and grow through demonstrated performance.

• Serve as a team member on Audit/Advisory projects and/or SOX program efforts
• Perform Audit/SOX activities including interviews, walkthroughs, testing, wrap-up, and issue follow up
• May lead certain aspects of Audit/Advisory projects and/or SOX program efforts including engagement
• planning, depending upon skillsets and project requirements
• May oversee Internal Auditor(s) on projects, depending upon skillsets and project requirements
• Participate in the SOX and Audit Plan development process

You will have the opportunity to be trained by our technical expert while assisting our metaverse project at Bosch. You need to:

· Build a virtual meeting room in VR.

· Build a virtual showroom in VR.

· Using Unity to build application in VR.

· Interact with 3D model (FBX) in VR environment.

· Build for Oculus & HoloLens glass

Get to Know the Role

You will work closely with the TFGI Programme Manager to develop research programmes for the institute, undertaking research and landscape analysis on social and economic issues accelerated by technology and tech-enabled business models in Southeast Asia.

This internship runs from January to May 2025, and you will be fully onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will initiate data collection, data management and data analysis
• You will develop first cut of research data e.g. through desktop research, data analysis needed for TFGI's upcoming research works
• You will develop strategy for research engagements, including panel discussions, community conversations and dialogues
• You will draft research materials and shareable content e.g. slides, concept notes, message house for sharing to relevant team members for amplification of completed research
• You will support the team in daily activities

• Organize, maintain, and update the People database.
• Prepare reports and presentations with guidance from the Senior People Business Partner or HRBP Senior Manager.
• Support the organization of events and employee engagement programs.
• Assist in creating key visuals and digital materials for HR initiatives.
• Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
• Provide general administrative support to the People Team.
• Handle ad hoc requests as needed.

Responsibilities

Support strategy implementation for Grab's public affairs teams:

• You will work with Grab's regional and country public affairs teams to analyse and provide insights on public policy issues, develop positions and recommendations to promote Grab's social mission
• You will develop strategies and projects related to Grab's public affairs goals
• You will work with other teams at Grab to develop public affairs-related plans and projects

Support Grab's efforts on public affairs:

• You will research on public policy issues that are at the intersection of technology and society

The post holder will be part of the Supported Internship programme working in partnership with BCP Council and an Education provider to deliver the specific Supported Internship programme to interns.

The Supported Internship trainer provides individualised support for interns during the internship rotation in order for the interns to acquire competitive and marketable skills.

The post holder will be based at Poole College and work within the community with multiple employers. Interns are young adults who have a learning disability and / or autism. Interns are recruited by all three parties over the summer months, in readiness to start the programme in September. This role works to the academic year so is mainly term time.

The successful candidates will work term time only which equates to 41 working weeks. This will offer the successful candidate a good work life balance.

The hours are 33.42 when working during term time and the pro-rata salary equates to £23,825.95. Full time salary £26,734.68

Interviews will take place face to face on the 22nd November.

About the role

- To facilitate the training and integration of a student with disabilities in a worksite rotation and/or competitive work environment.

- Communicates effectively with the skills trainers, internship department managers /mentors, co-workers, family members, and college personnel as it relates to the student being trained.

- Perform specific task analysis, especially when students are challenged to learn and perform tasks to a productive and quality level.

- Assist with completing the Vocational Profile to determine the abilities of the intern, the demands of the internship tasks and assist the team to make meaningful matches

About you

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism

- The ability to use a variety of software packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Email, databases)

- Knowledge of how to respond to a variety of situations and problem solve using own initiative.

- Experience of meeting targets and deadlines
