Your new role
In your new job as Syndicate Technician, you will be responsible for producing MRC and binding authority contracts, associated reinsurance contracts and endorsements or other required documentation. You will have proven experience in the London insurance Market working as a Technician where you have end to end technical experience from premium chasing through to the understanding of MRC Slips. You will be analytical and be able to analyse trends on data within Slips and be able to notice complex trends in the Slips as well as being confident in chasing broker payment. Have a professional approach with an outcome-focused and positive attitude. Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities and work. Be self-motivated & enthusiastic. Incumbent plans, organizes, manages, and performs duties necessary to accomplish State Partnership Program functions in support of programs essential to state Army or Air National Guard daily and strategic operations, training, and readiness missions.

• Research's, develops, writes, plans and presents the campaign plan between the state and partner country based on guidance from the Chief of Mission (CoM), Geographic Combatant Command Commander (COCOM CDR), National Guard Bureau (NGB), and The Adjutant General(TAG). Ensures all actions taken are within the framework, support of, and in concert with international agreements on a distinctive partnership. These partnerships are predicated upon written agreement between United States Geographic Combatant Commanders, the National Guard Bureau (NGB), and the participating nations. Job Title: Research Intern/Bachelor’s or Master's Student in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) – Soybean Project

Overview:

Join a cutting-edge research team in Singapore focused on advancing controlled environment agriculture (CEA) systems for optimizing soybean growth and productivity. This internship or thesis project provides hands-on experience in a field that combines plant science, agriculture, food sciences, and data analytics to address sustainable food production challenges in urban settings such as Singapore. This internship can either be a 3 to 6 months (paid internship) or 6 months (thesis project).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with experiments to study soybean growth and yield potential under controlled environmental conditions (light, temperature, humidity, etc.).
• Assist in developing and testing innovative cultivation strategies, including hydroponics or vertical farming setups.
