FULL and PART TIME Support Worker opportunities in Upper Swainswick, BA1 8DD ***Excellent hourly rate of £13.75 per hour & Sleep nights paid at £50.00 per night***

We are looking for proactive, confident, engaging and caring people to join a close-knit support team in Bath.

You will be supporting eight people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs who share a very sociable, family orientated home.

Each person you will be supporting has a real zest for life - and they ask that you share their exuberance as you support them to live their best lives.

You will support with all aspects of daily living including medication, food preparation, intimate personal care and mobility along with all their much loved social activities including bowling, cinema, eating out and day trips to the beach.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.

Project Management: Manage the implementation of specified projects in accordance with the particular needs of the Trust. Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the running of project team meetings. Attend and present at Trust meetings as required, raising awareness of the project(s) and ensuring full understanding of the objectives of the project(s). Co-ordinate project timetables, addressing delays in the implementation and resolving these as appropriate. Undertake complex and detailed information analysis of specific projects/reports (requiring high levels of concentration.) Maintain project information in appropriate systems and update these regularly, providing reports to relevant parties. Ensure monitoring and evaluation of changes in practice through the collection of high quality and timely data using electronic and paper systems as required. Build effective working relationships with teams involved with the project, liaising with clinical and management leadership to ensure engagement as required. Respond to queries and questions raised by teams, stakeholders and other agencies. Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues externally and internally. Analyse, interpret and present complex, sensitive or contentious information to large groups on topics including employee engagement activities. Ensure that you keep up to date with developments in service area relevant to the project, ensuring that your work is based on best available evidence and meets all relevant standards and requirements. Attend business meetings as necessary to achieve the outcomes of the project. Be aware of the Trust budget management processes and the need to make best use of financial resources available. The Role of a Laundry Assistant

As a Laundry Assistant, you will be assisting in all aspects of the laundry operation whilst helping to ensure that all customers are provided with a first-class service, with timely processing of their laundry deliveries and excellent quality every day.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who works well in a team and independently. You will have excellent communication skills and be flexible around working hours as we have various shifts available (including evenings and weekends), a clear driving license is preferable but not essential.

Please note as you will be required to drive the laundry van and to ensure insurance compliance you will need to be over the age of 25 and hold a full UK driving licence.
