POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director, Field Marketing and Communications to drive the successful implementation of marketing programs designed to meet the needs of a growth-focused organization.
The ideal candidate is an organized professional who has success in working with others and getting the job done. Proficient in marketing project implementation and planning, problem resolution, and SharePoint/Digital content development. A successful candidate is a” can-do” professional who acts with a sense of urgency in meeting and exceeding expectations including those that involve complex and/or multiple projects on time and aligning with business objectives.
LOCATION: This position will be in St. Louis (Hybrid schedule).
*Travel will be required as the business necessitates
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage field websites to support a consistent digital footprint that supports recruiting and lead generation programs.
- Coordinate the production and updates of marketing collateral including working with internal and external partners including Corporate Marketing, Subject Matter Experts, Legal/Compliance and Printers.
- Maintain and update line of business digital/Share Point properties (Manager Operating Model (MOM), Agent Operating Model (AOM) and MyKemper.com/Life), to support the internal distribution of business critical and time-sensitive information.
- Support various Agency initiatives and programs.
- Support the development of PowerPoint presentations and event materials (town halls, conferences, etc) as needed.
- Creation of Forms, Polls and Surveys
- Perform other duties as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- 2-4 years (depending on salary experience in Marketing, Communications (internal or external), and/or related field.
- Experience in successfully coordinating and implementing marketing programs that levearge a variety of media including, but not limited to internet, email, print, meeting/events, video, social media, SharePoint, and text/SMS.
- Experience with marketing measurement tools, intranet platforms, content management systems, and other technologies designed to support internal communication strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint.
