  • Retail media groups: nurture the retail media ecosystem, collaborating on the development of existing or new campaigns to integrate shoppable solutions to drive Shoppability across all touchpoints for the consumer.

• Create and drive Test and learn agenda across brands through a measurement roadmap with the global measurement teams to ensure executional excellence

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field (Master's Degree welcomed)

Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager plays a crucial role in fostering effective communication throughout PPHE Hotel Group. They are responsible for developing and implementing clear, consistent and timely distribution of information across all levels of the company. Our main goal is to ensure our employee experience is as great as possible. Our Internal Communications Manager will:

• Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies and action plans that align with PPHE's goals and culture.

About the role....
The position plays a crucial role in utilising data to drive decision-making, optimize performance, and enhance the audience experience within our organisation. The role holder will be a subject expert on data, implementation and best practice identifying patterns, trends, and insights that will inform strategic decisions.
The position sits within the central Data team and operates across all Xeim and The Lawyer brands at Centaur. Centaur is currently a hybrid working environment, with a minimum of one day per week for project catch-ups in the Waterloo office

Reporting to the Social Media and Corporate Communications Lead, you will create, distribute, and monitor content across all our social media platforms. The Team

The RPS Communications and Marketing Department is the guardian of the RPS brand, communications strategy and messaging. The department leads communication with our members, stakeholders, the public and our staff team.

How we are currently working

RPS supports and works in a hybrid way, which means you will be able to work from home, however, there will be an expectation for collaborative face-to-face working – on average and typically this may be something between 4-8 working days per month at our London Office.
