職責：

• 實施和維護伺服器基礎設施，包括實體和虛擬伺服器、儲存系統和網路設備
• 根據最佳實務配置和部署作業系統、應用程式和服務
• 規劃並執行系統升級、遷移和擴展
• 與多層人員（例如客戶和供應商）溝通和協作
• 準備專案前和專案後文檔
• 與供應商和其他 IT 人員聯絡以解決問題並回報問題
• 提供 2/3 級支援和故障排除以解決問題並確保滿足 SLA

工作時間：

• 週一至週五，上午 8:30 至下午 6:00
• 週末和公共假期視項目而定
