The Business Controller manages the day-to-day business controlling activities of KONE Thailand. They ensure KONE business activities are conducted in accordance with the KONE Financial Control Models (FCM), and that financial impacts are measured and reported following the KONE accounting standards and reporting instructions. The Business Controller supports the definition of local financial policies and ensures that the adherence to both local and global policies is controlled. This role reports to a Head of Finance.

Responsibilities and key activities

• Perform or organize the execution of the business controlling tasks as defined in KONE FCM
• Analyze the organization’s business activities and advise management on financial matters and impacts of the business transactions and decisions.
• Support functional or operational area managers in forecasting the future results of their business.
• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions on, for example, acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets.
• Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization’s short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position.
• Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
• Assure the correctness of managerial information including order book, WIP, late cost reserves, accruals and pre to post calculations
• Develop and implement annual unit budgets in line with global budgeting guidelines.
• Maintain strong connections with other Finance colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends. 
• May lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of Finance professionals to achieve established goals.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelors degree in accounting or Finance.
• At least 4 years of professional experience of financial analyse, audit, managerial report, budget or internal audit.
• Prefer candidates with direct experience in business control, budget or managerial reporting.
• Good English and local language.
• Familiar with SAP or similar application.

About The Role

Security is a key pillar in Zilo’s business philosophy and fundamental to our success. Reporting to the Cyber Security Operations Management, this role is responsible for the monitoring and maintaining of ZILO’s Security Operations controls and processess. The SOC is a critical component of the overall security infrastructure, responsible for detecting, analysing, and responding to security incidents and threats in real-time and Vulnerability landscape.

Where relevant, the role will assist in defining security controls across our organisation to ensure that our products and services are able to gain and maintain industry leading accreditation and build trust with our customers.

This role will be tasked with assisting in the building and maintaining a best-in-class security operations function that operates with modern technology platforms including cloud, DevOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities :

• Analyst: The SOC Analyst is responsible for operating the day-to-day operations and controls of the SOC, including security monitoring and analysis, incident response, and analysis of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI). They must assist in ensuring that the SOC is adequately monitored, equipped, and able to detect and respond to security incidents effectively.
• Security Incident Response: The Analyst must report and support management in the incident response process, including initial assessment, containment, and mitigation of security incidents. They must coordinate with relevant stakeholders, such as Cyber Security Operations management, Third parties and IT teams, as required to ensure an effective response.
• Threat Intelligence: Analyst must identify and analyse emerging threats and ensure timely action or escalation.
• Security Monitoring: SOC Analyst must monitor the organization's systems, and applications for potential security breaches, anomalies, or suspicious activity. They must ensure that the SOC is utilising the tools and technologies provided to give the best possible visibility into the organisation's security posture.
• Security Testing: The SOC will be tested on occasion through approved Penetration Tests or Red Team exercises and all SOC associates will be required to perform Blue Team response.
• Reporting and Metrics: The SOC is required to provide regular reports to senior management on their performance, including incident trends, response times, and other key metrics including Vulnerability and Configuration weakness. SOC Analysts will be required to diligently maintain records in accordance to due process and may be required to collate metrics.

SOC Analysts must have strong technical skills and knowledge of security technologies and practices. They must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively support the SOC team and be able to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications :

• Related field or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and flexible.
• Knowledge of industry-standard security tools and frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST (advantage)
• Experience in a SOC, incident response beneficial.
• Experience in AWS, Entra (Azure), 0365, Defender, Cloudflare, or Crowdstrike beneficial.
• Strong analytical capability and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Security Analyst, your primary mission will be to protect our organization's information systems, data, and applications by responding to threats, conducting in-depth threat analysis, providing expertise on how to handle such threats, improving the SOC capabilities and its seamless integration within the Information System.

You will play a critical role in mitigating vulnerabilities and attacks, identifying potential security risks, and continuously improving our security posture.

Job Description

As a Senior Legal Adviser, you are expected to undertake the following activities and tasks:

• Provide legal advice regarding real estate investment laws, establishment of business, business operations and general corporate compliance matters in Thailand along with working with counsel in other jurisdictions in ASEAN on real estate and hospitality laws and regulations.
• Prepare applications and supporting documents for submission to the relevant governmental agencies (Department of Lands, Ministry of Commerce, Board of Investment, Immigration Office and others) with our corporate team.
• Liaise with the relevant governmental agencies for the purpose of preparation of applications and post-submission follow-up; coordination with the team and client regarding application progress.
• Review and comment on contracts, including but not limited to, construction contracts, lease agreements, sale and purchase contracts, hotel management agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholders’ agreements.
• Research and investigate with governmental agencies on corporate and compliance matters relating to real estate and licensing for real estate business.
• Provide any other general legal assistance to other lawyers and teams and perform other tasks associated with the foregoing.

Essential skills & experience:

• Bachelor degree of laws (LL.B.) and preferably a Master of laws (LL.M.)
• 5 years’ experience with international law firm or multinational company
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Strong practical knowledge of the Thai legal system
