1. Job Purpose

Responsible for working with business users both store and USC, vendors/suppliers, and internal IT unit to perform IT Operation Support focusing on store infrastructure and operation covering end-to-end process which include CSC, Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House process to ensure store infrastructure fulfil current and future business requirement and security concern. Manage store operation support provider to achieve business requirement and IT service SLA. Being the single point of contact for IT Business Partner team as well as the business stakeholders to gather the new requirements/roadmap to develop the establishment of IT operation support that provide availability and reliability of Food System. 1. Main Responsibilities
