About the role:
The Human Resources Officer is an integral role in the community, acting as the bridge between the Leadership Team and the teaching and non-teaching staff. The role holder's primary purpose is to ensure that the most valuable asset - its people - are managed effectively and efficiently. About the individual:

Must hold and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) or willing to obtain this prior to starting employment.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, highly regarded for this position.
Ideally minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Experience working with HR management system TASS, highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

IRS Recent Graduates Program affords developmental experiences in the Federal Government intended to promote possible careers in the civil service to individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying educational institutions or programs. The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.
