Position Profile:
The Regional Human Resource Assistant Manager (Regional HR AM) is responsible to support the General Manager and Sales office’s head for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization in Singapore and ASEAN and India sales office with collaborating with HR in respective countries. Specifically in the areas of talent management, training and development, and compensation. Main Duties

Over all in-charge of project order (as per designated project/site) including but not limited to as follows:

· Process order received via PR or WhatsApp group request

· Verify project order details – description/specification, model & quantity

• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with approved company vendors
• To liaise and negotiate with vendors / suppliers on project price

· Check price (by order history/ supplier quote) vs PNH budget/cost

· Issue confirm purchase order
