Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store

The Specialist HV for PIMH will have a high level of relevant, expert knowledge & skill and will work in collaboration with other services such as SPCMHT, MBU, Adult MH services, Midwifery, NICU, GPs, Third sector organisations and the Local authority. The Specialist Health Visitor will provide relevant specialist consultation, training and support to the universal childrens services in relation to Perinatal & Infant Mental Health, as well as the relationship of the parental couple. In the IRS your skills and expertise will be in assessing patients at the point of referral and identifying what service will best meet their needs moving forwards. The spectrum of mental health needs vary significantly; you will have the ability to offer advice and guidance for mild to moderate mental health issues and ways this can be managed and improved. Equally, you’ll have the ability respond to urgent referrals with more acute needs and higher risks in the community.

As a Mental Health Nurse working within the team at HMP Lancaster Farms you will work within a multi-disciplinary team carrying out comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing care plans, and developing treatment options. You will undertake medication rounds, and assess and treat patients who may have undergone traumatic experiences and may be distressed. You will assess patients health needs using an evidence based framework and be able to risk assess use sound clinical knowledge. You will ensure that you assess physical and mental health of prisoners on admission to the prison and throughout their period of custody so that any appropriate referral can be made. You will also be responsible for making a clinical judgement with regard to any immediate need and long term treatment.
