• Extensive experience in senior finance roles, preferably within creative services, marketing, or people-focused industries.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business leaders.
